Depending on what you're getting you may see it differently. The supermarket is ok, home appliances are very good, clothe and shoes are cheap and have very bad quality. The only thing that is consistent throughout the whole store is the bad service.

I like the system they have for the lockers outside. I didn't like their food

It's a good location. Hass most of your home and office needs. Has Banc Popular which has Money Gram service. It has Western Union and others.

Excellent place to buy your things

Of large supermarkets, this one is incredibly average. It really has no products that would attract people with international tastes. Plus the vegetables are of a smaller range than can be found in the very nearby Caribe, La Sirena, National and Bravo supermarkets.

I went to visit plaza lama because of a television special that I saw in a recent newspaper but when I got there I told that they didn't have the model I was looking for even though they advertised it for today, but otherwise is a very huge store with everything that you may be looking for, and is of easy asses and large parking lot

No air conditioner. No fans. No ventilation. There are reviews from FIVE YEARS AGO saying the Air Conditioner doesn’t work. they still haven’t fixed it. You will leave sweating and with a headache. Very uncomfortable experience. I talked to the employees on my last visit and their response was just to laugh and tell me they are used to it (while sweating). Other times I’ve asked, they will lie and say “oh it’s broken”, “they are fixing it”, “it’s turned off for maintenance”. All Lies. There’s also no security in the parking lot. Cars definitely get stolen here. Just drive 8 minutes away and shop at La Sirena.
