It's an excellent place to play jenga, drink beer, and they have a mad black beans burguer (100% recommend to grab a bite of that) the 3 in the service is because they need at least another server, 1 server for the amount of people that go there it's inhumane.

I was lucky enough to get the full tour from Alex and the place is sparkling clean, with state of the art equipment and best in class filtration. Which translates to an amazing craft-beer experience unlike any other in the Dominican Republic. I suggest you get the taster tray and see which ones you like the best.
