Alterno Cafe: Special, modern and cozy. 1. Vibes Warm, inviting and reminds me of a vibrant cafe in los estados unidos. 2. Cafe and food The cold brew was delicious as was the cortado. They have Keto baked goods and cakes! 3. Plants sprawled throughout 4. Industrial lighting hanging from large raw, wooden beams that run perpendicular to a darker wood giving a nice contrast. 5. Design Overall nice details throughout. Summary The best cafe in downtown Santo Domingo.

This is a new place in Santo Domingo’s old town. I came by a friend’s recommendation, and I’m not disappointed. Ordered a mocachinno and it tasted super good. Presentation was great too
