Unfortunately, i just had a bad experience. I was really looking forward to a massage and from past reviews, this place seemed one of the bests. I was able to make a booking for 5pm and was asked to arrive at 4.30pm. However at 5.15 i was told the previous customer extended their massage by 1hr (maube because it is so good!). I'm not sure why they agreed if i had a booking already and was waiting at the reception area! I was wiling to wait up to 6pm, but at 6.25, since nothing was happening, i decided to leave. Funny: they said they were waiting for me when i was sitting just 5m away! I don't think i ever gave a review that bad but there was a lack of professionalism coupled with understaffing. That would be my explanation.

This is the nicest massage we had while in Santo Domingo - the room was peaceful and cosy. I had a 120 minute Aroma massage with hot stones - the masseuse was great and the experience was relaxing and pampering! Highly recommend to visit this spa while in Santo Domingo City!
