I
went
on
a
Saturday
and
although
it
was
very
busy
and
full
of
people,
you
could
enter
the
building
and
co-habit
in
the
space
without
much
effort
inside
it,
I
made
my
appointment
a
week
in
advance
and
they
called
me
about
two
days
later
to
confirm
,
I
was
the
first
to
be
attended
to
and
my
shift
was
1,
nothing
to
complain
about
on
that
side
or
in
the
facilities.
I
went
to
dentistry,
they
gave
me
a
consultation,
cleaning,
etc.
The
doctor
was
very
patient
and
professional,
and
above
all
empathetic,
even
though
I
had
not
been
to
a
dentist
for
a
long
time,
the
only
thing
is
that
certain
tests
(eg:
panoramic
and
that)
They
send
it
to
another
center
near
there
and
they
don't
do
it
right
there,
so
another
additional
expense,
other
tests
don't
cover
it
having
the
human
royal,
things
like
treating
cavities
that
charge
1200
each.
My
criticism
is
more
that,
as
stated
in
previous
comments,
they
have
a
serious
problem
when
it
comes
to
billing,
in
my
case
it
took
me
longer
to
do
that
than
in
the
processes
themselves,
and
to
make
matters
worse
the
doctor
gave
me
an
amount
for
the
The
only
3
things
I
did,
which
was
a
cleaning
and
what
accompanied
it,
another
amount
appeared
to
the
cashier,
and
when
she
called
the
insurance
company
and
her
superior
it
ended
up
being
another
higher
amount
than
those
that
had
been
previously
done.
It
is
true
that
the
receptionists
are
bored,
it
is
the
first
impression
one
gets,
and
perhaps
it
could
be
because
of
the
system
or
the
inconveniences
they
have
that
can
cause
that,
but
there
is
no
excuse.
