So slow service! Never seen any Mac branch that ask customers to wait at the line for half an hour for the simple Big Mac. Many workers here don’t have a concept of customer service

Food was as expected. Bathrooms were absolutely filthy. Waited 45 minutes just to get a shake and then didnt get the order right. That's why I'm giving 3 stars

This MacDonald does ultimately makes you feel like a real and local USA location. I have just visited once with my father and partner, and we were in all actuality surprised by the restaurant.

Upbeat location, lots of staff but slow service and guns. They have an employee walking amongst the tables holding a menacing shotgun.

Really surprised with the customer service and timeliness of this location. They do not have ranch, I don’t think any place in SD does. Would come back if I needed to.

Asked for two orders, did not get what I ordered.....the people working there was a clown show, joking around, NOT paying attention to the orders....as courteous as I was, one working kept saying, get a refund

The ice creams here in DR are more cream like in their texture and flavor compared to the US or Puerto Rico which the ice creams are more ice like in their texture and flavor

Just like any other McDonald out in Sto.Dgo., it has nothing special to it, really good enviroment because of all the youngster here, all of them from APEC, mostly. Try the new hamburguers tho, some of them are actually worth the money.
