    I have traveled by DL 2837 and DL 493 from Toronto - New York (JFK) - Santo Domingo on Nov 24th. My baggage did not arrive and I lodged a complaint at the counter available near the belts. So far, no one has responded or given any update on the missing bag. When I call the number given by the official at SDQ airport nobody is available to pick up the phone. Online tracking shows a claim has been registered. That is all. I am here on a business trip and meet with customers. Imagine the harassment I have been going through without any formal clothes and other personal items
