Exactly what you would expect from a starbucks anywhere in the world ..excellent quality coffee very clean tidy modern location

This n Starbucks is located in a Building with some other Stores. We got our Cups here and of course our drinks. We spent some time here and it was fun. The employees were friendly and we enjoyed our stay.

This place consistently displays seasonal Starbucks menu items and the staff maintain they don't know what they are. There's apparently little demand in the country for what Starbucks markets. After you point out the sign, they admit they have it and begrudgingly make it. Every time.

Starbucks seemed like a very comfortable place to have a good time drinking coffe☕️. It has the same style of the franchises. Something that I wish was on the menu, are the cinnamon rolls, that are included in the menu of Argentina and many other countries. Something that I like a lot about this place , was that on the terrace, it has a pedestrian door that allows people to enter, without necessarily entering through the door of the mall. A fun fact: It’s Pet Friendly 🐶🐾🥰

This Starbucks is very large, spacious and clean. They can maximize the space by utilizing more ergonomic seating arrangements. The staff are very friendly and efficient. I took away a star because when I tried to tip the staff, I was told this is not allowed. I don't like this, Starbucks should not restrict employees' ability to receive tips, especially in a country like RD where most families struggle to buy food because of low wages and a poor economy. In my country, which is Trinidad and Tobago, all the Starbucks have tip jars. When I travel to the US, UK OR Europe, the Starbucks in those countries also allow tip jars. So why no tip jar in RD? This angers me! Starbucks RD needs to do better. Having a tip jar does not hurt customers. It should be a customer's decision to tip or not....not the company. FIX IT!

Slow service, slow internet, expensive prices . If order is not properly done, then its even slower to have it corrected. On weekends and evenings this place gets busy, it can take 20 minutes to place an order. A médium latte is 313 peso $6 which is more expensive than USA. Service and prices in other Dominican Republic cafeterias are better than here. I have ordered same drink ( latte ) in many other places, Including Starbucks competitors Santo Domingo Cafe, Average price is about $3-$4 with lot better service compare to starbucks

I ordered a white chocolate mocha frap and tasted like just like sugar milk it was terrible.

Super slow internet, don’t bother if you need to work.

It's my favorite of all Starbucks. I come on Sundays to get a coffee, look at the beautiful dogs that come with their owners, and go upstairs to the salon to start the week feeling fresh.

Standard, typical Starbucks experience, however their food & juices are way overpriced, I guess due to their affluent clientele. $12 USD for a small bottle of orange juice & a small Ham & Cheese sandwich is a ripoff, even for US standards. There was also a long wait, both in line and also to receive my food and drink. I'll go with a more local establishment next time.

I love starbucks, but unfortunately not Starbuck's RD yet... service is very slow and must of the time don't have on stock all products offered.

I love their coffee and their panini it's excellent the only downfall fall is that there's never no parking on the street level you have to pay parking there's always amet giving out tickets
