Food was good as always. The problem with thia particular location was the bad communication between team members. They made me pay for stuff that I wasn't supposed to pay and made a big deal out of it in front of a lot of people that where there.... At the end I threw $100 pesos at the lady and I left. Not happy at all and not planning to go back to this location.

Great place for kids

Love Pizzarelli, this place is cozy to have a bite to eat at anytime. Waiter was very professional and attentive. Prices are good and best of all the pizza was great. It also has a children's play place good for parties for tour kids. The only thing is was the table we wanted was still little dirty and we had to wait for it to be clean. Other than that good place to eat.

It was terrible, the service was slow, had to wait for about 1 1/2 hour for the pizza and on top of that my 4 year old got punched by a 10 year old on the playground. There is no control whatsoever in that playground.

The food is excellent, the establishment is great, and the playing area is very safe. But the service is awful. I've been coming here since I was a little girl, and sadly this will probably be the last time I come here. They need to improve the staff and their attitude.
