Cool place to visit for chocolate lovers! They offer many kinds of chocolate flavors like orange, coconut, peppermint, spicy, salted chocolates. Also they have delicious hazelnut chocolate spread that you can try from chocolate fountain! The prices are reasonable and cheaper than at the airport a lot. By the way coffee and pastries are good too. The most importantly you can try it all before make your decision!

Been here few times and always been a pleasant experience when visiting around. The good thing is they have free tasting for chocolates and spreads to make sure it taste good before you buy. They have 2 stores in Bali and this one is the branch, the main store has chocolate factory and chocolate making tour in it. Definitely recommended for chocolate lovers.

My brother bring me and my mom to buy the chocolate as a gift for our family and friends. Pro's: The chocolate was delicious, had a variations from 64% to 100% dark chocolate with unique taste. Safe to consume for diabetics people like my mom. Each products had every sample so we can choose the product that we like. Today we get free ice chocolate drink (delicious too) as a promo because we bought more than 2 products. Thanks to one of the woman staff who help us and giving a recommendation. She's very kind to my mom and had good product knowledge. We definitely recommend this product to our family and friends. Cons : The first staff who welcomed us is not friendly. I'm okay if I need to serve by myself and need to do "some research" by reading every products and choose what I'll bought. But please, be more kind and gently to a older customer when my mom asking about the ingredients of the products. Sometimes the customer confused and will asking the same question to make sure the products that we bought is the one that we wanted because we bought the chocolates not only for us, but as a gift for our family member and friends. I thought (husnuzon) that staff had a strict character because she need to maintain COVID-19 protocols, but why she helped the foreigner customer more kindly than us who's local one? 😅 My mom feel disappointed, even saying that we came here to buy not to steal and we almost leave. But gladly one of the staff "taking over" and help us more. Nevertheless, i hope this review become criticisms for the company to be a more better. Ps : So there's no apologies or respond to this awful behavior. Well i choose to change it into one star then.

Junglegold Bali is a nice place to relax and try quality chocolate. The store is large, well air-conditioned and offers all brand items. You can taste the wide variety of quality chocolate, choose the type and buy for yourself or as a gift. There are hot and cold drinks on site and the experience is wonderful. There is raw cacao and it is very well shown how the cacao goes from the tree to the chocolate. For me personally, this is the best chocolate on the island of Bali. I definitely recommend.

Nice selection of chocolates & ambience to spend tea time. the staff is so nice and helpful to find the right flavors for you. Almost all the chocolate are nice and delish, even the quirky ones. I recommend the tempe praline, breakfast crunch, & strawberry mojito if you're more adventurous. The classic one also very nice, i love the dark choco series with 60-70sh percentage. Don't forget the pop series, very nice to munch on. Please try their chocolate cake tea, even the smell is just amazing 🥰

Nice place to have a cup of hot Latte and croissant (their Latte is okay, but still, the place is cool in a hot Sanur weather). Love their chocolates especially 80% chocolate drops, hazelnut chocolate spread, and their dark collection.
