The place is easy to find, free wifi is available but now the 2nd floor has not been opened there may be improvements and when I came the donut flavor variant was incomplete.

It's a strategically located place as it's hardly 100 meters from Sanur port.. so all those planning to go to Nusa penida island can stop by here. They have wide variety of donuts and munchkins Salads, sandwiches, coffee, tea and other drinks as well The taste is good Ground floor is Air conditioned while the upper floor is open.. Washroom at the ground floor Sufficient parking space

No milk, no most of beverages. Dunkins in other countries are better. Orange juice is good. Employes don't know menu and not kind

This place was awesome however it’s about a 10 minute walk from the ferry port you’ll have to fight your way through a bunch of taxi drivers asking if you want to Scooty ride just tell them you want to go to Manhattan New York and I’ll have a good laugh with you. The Dunkin’ Donuts was our salvation we sat there for about an hour and the decently cool air conditioning had a few donuts and a coffee it cost me about US$10 which is pretty cheap compared to Dunkin’ Donuts in America and then we took a cab to our hotel.

I guess I had very high expectations but I didn't enjoy their donuts. Despite having flavors, they all just taste extremely sweet. The cafe is very spacious. Their hand dryer is extremely loud and it's awkward to use because it bothers other customers.

Look as a sleepy stuff even in the morning. No sandwiches, only donut sandwich 🫣. The other donuts look small. The place is quite empty at 10:00 also it is on the way to the beach.

Dunkin is Dunkin lol, best donuts as always.

Unpleasant staff, who us not well organized, because one does not know what second is doing. Messing with simple tasks like complete your choice of donuts with beverage and collect the money is challenging for them. I do not speak about balinese smiles... Probably they are not balinese, because even once nobody offered us smile for free. They seem to be confused about take away and not take away orders. But the price are good, donuts selection eas excellent in the morning.
