Well, we did just stay one night, and we chose the place because of the low price and that it's literally 10 meters away from the harbour, so I don't know how much I should've expected... Let's start with the food things: staff was nice and the bed was ok comfortable. That's it though. The room was dirty, the sheets had many strange marks, the power outlets were not working, there were smoked cigarettes in the window in the bathroom. The fact that it's close to the harbour also means that it's not really quiet at any point of the day, especially early in the morning when every 10 minutes there is a speaker call about the boat departures - the fact that the windows cannot be closed doesn't exactly help. Would stay somewhere else next time

Front room are not recommended, nearly motor cycle park, very noise, awful bathroom, stinky. Just one night .. no more.. The best point are location and fish soup behind.

I booked for 4 nights. The first time i step on, i felt uncomfortable with the smell. It s like rotten fish. I felt horrible with all the old stuff, also the room was dirty, there were cockroaches, didnt have complete toiletries even tissue in the toilet. The receptionist was not ready for 24hours. At night was more horrible, no neighbor around the hotel. The good thing is close to the harbor.

This place is terrible, where to start. I checked in and was astounded by how dirty it was. The whole place smells like dead fish, the refrigerator smells terrible and is non operable, and the ac is preset to not cool the place. No soap no shampoo, when I asked if I could change rooms I was rudely told they all smelled like fish and there is no shampoo. The person at the front desk is a joke, trying to make me feel bad about the scooter service I used because it’s not his. Seriously so bad I ate the money for the non refundable room just to find some other room elsewhere that doesn’t reek and the ac works.

the location is strategic because near the port and mak beng restaurant. however, the services need to be improved. nobody at the reception when i got there. I should ask first for towel or mineral water. bathroom door always stuck and the room kinda dirty.

The room is very smelly and the bad is dirty as well ,the wall have mold and bathroom is horrible have a very bad smell but the location is very near to the harbor and I was booked with agoda I have paid already in the online but when i have arrived there the reception people want to me paid again Rp.250000 again ,because he said new ananda is stop have business anymore,so i have contact to agoda they said everything is alright want they refund money for me ,I feel like the reception person lie to me ,but he have refund my money back ,so everything is solve but I won’t stay again in this place and I wouldn’t recommend here as well !

My stay at Ananda Beach House was amazing. The beach is so beautiful, the service lovely. The owner of the place is friendly and very comfortable. He is always available when ever needed. They also offered breakfast and laundry at a very affordable price.

This is the worst hotel you can imagine. We were offered a room for free. This is the only reason we stayed at this hotel. The smell in the room and bathroom was disgusting and caused nausea. The sink was out of order. The water was running under the sink, so that you couldn't avoid wet feet by using it. Somehow we survived this stay. However, I am sure there are nicer rooms in this hotel than ours.

Could easily find 20 things to criticize. But I don’t want to spend any more time with this place. Simply believe me and take my advise: Book a different place.

1 star is generous.. avoid booking this at all cost. -The fridge was growing mould. -Cobwebs in every corner. -The towels were in a pile on the reception floor, harvesting ants. -layer of dust on every surface. -bedding was stained and filthy. -showed to the budget room, had booked the suite. We left within 2 mins of being in the room

No reception when arrived, need to wait . Room and pillow were smell bad, dirty toilet with insects..bought Baygon to kill them. AC was not as expected but its location is the best, beach front and easy if u want to go to Nusa Penida. Price is relatively cheap match to its quality.

Rooms where old and weary. And the hotel was in the middle of the motorbike parking where people go on boats to nusa lengbongan etc. To noisy. Not worth the price. I had better rooms with wifi and pool for half of that. Also in Sanur. Maybe 5 min walk from the beach instead of being on the beach but was worth the walk. Should be 1 star but I added one because the staff was nice. But location and room are not good be it on the beach itself.

The best is the location close to the beach, good restaurants and the harbour but the room was not too clean, the signal of wifi weak. You have to ask for towels and toilet paper.

Worst hotel experience ever! The basics for a room weren’t even met. Cleanliness 0/10, there were red stains on pillows and towels. There was 0 usable power sockets. Toilet had a foul odour, it got worse after flushing. Only plus side about this place is that it’s beside sanur port. Stay at your own risk, if you just need a bed and nothing else this is a place for you
