For the one who prefer a single room instead of the dormitory type room, I would like to suggest this place. It is really comfortable and also really nice. The reception also give a lot of recommendations and she is really nice. Tempat nya cukup stategis, Harga juga sangat baik, Pelayanan juga baik. Memang agak sepi, tapi it is a worth to stay yah.

Taksu Sanur: little further from everything but only a short taxi ride. We had a suite with balcony and pool view. Very large room. Balcony could have done with a day bed or something similar. Only gripe about the room: THE BED. Mattress has seen better days. My side was worn out. Buffet breakfast was one of the better one I’ve had in Bali. No complaints. Staff were wonderful. I recommend Taksu but I wouldn’t spend the big dollars for a balcony suite overlooking the pool. One of the cheaper rooms would be just fine.

Such a fantastic hotel for the price. Firstly the staff are warm, friendly and more than willing to help. This makes the stay extra special. It's in a great location within a quick and safe walk to the beach and endless restaurants. The room itself is huge! A comfortable bed and nice simple decor. The breakfast is extensive each day with what seems like fresh ingredients. As a wheelchair user finding accessible accommodation in Bali is difficult but this ticks all my boxes! Highly recommended and a great price means I will definitely use again if I returned the island!

A wonderful hotel. Spacious and clean rooms (make sure you book one with a balcony). The staff are super friendly. We stayed there for 7 nights and felt very much at home with the nice people. My husband was sick some days and every day they asked how they could help. The breakfast buffet is very well served. The pool very nice. Our 4 year old daughter also had a great time. The staff was very kind to her. We travel around Bali and this was my favorite hotel.

What a great hotel! Room is clean and nice, pool os super fun, it even has a basketball court. Breakfast buffet is good and the staff is super friendly and serviceable.. I would recommend staying here.. Plus, the beach is 8 minutes walking and even the restaurant area is walking distance too.. 5 stars all around..

Great service, good breakfast and nice pool area. The beach is 10 minutes by foot from the hotel and you can find plenty of good Restaurants, Massage places, etc. in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, clean and the beds are super comfortable.

Excellent service, comfortable rooms (beds harder than I prefer but still slept well), clean and lots of amenities. Only a 10 minute walk to the beach and lots of local eateries and conveniences. Good is great and staff are responsive and friendly. Great pool and lots of lovely shaded areas to sit and read/enjoy.

My husband an I stayed here for 3days. The Service is friendly, but inflexible. As a vegan or with lactose intolereance its hardly to find alternatives. (Oat or coconut milk for coffee for example) There were few loungers by the Pool and there is no service. Unfortunatly our room was inadequate. The air conditionting was dripping, also at night, so we had to put a towel in the floor and the towels weren't changed for the 3 days. Due the proximity to the street it is noisy in the morning. So for us wasn't an exciting ending.

Average Place to stay, the room is a bit dusty especially the curtain. the Pool was good, restaurant for breakfast is also good. the Place near to the beach 10-15 minute walk from the hotels.

I chose this hotel on my last day leaving Bali due to budget constraints. The location of the hotel is good, close to the commercial street and restaurants. The hotel itself has simple but comfortable facilities. The room, however, lacks some amenities, and my room was located near the road, making it very noisy at night. The breakfast options were limited, but it was filling enough. If the consideration is budget-related, I would choose this hotel.

Not for families with young children who need to sleep. Loud party by pool after hours. Staff refused to tell people to take party elsewhere after 5 complaints over the course of an hour. Poor noise shielding. From 3rd floor can hear every word spoken by the pool. There is a bar close by down the street where this group should have been told to take their party. Unprofessional terrible service. Impossible for me and my family to get to sleep. Also, AC not cold, hot in room even on a cool night. Phone in room broken so had to keep calling hotel from cell phone. Update: hotel now won’t answer the phone when I call repeatedly. I may need to book another hotel so my family and I can go to sleep. A total disgrace

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! A nice swimming pool (in the sun for most of the day), concerts on Friday evenings with a brilliant guitarist (you heard nothing inside the room). The restaurant is also good (and on weekends they often organize a barbecue evening with a very good chef!). The rooms are great, the beds comfortable. Hotel garden very well maintained. Last but not least: exceptional and welcoming staff! Every morning we were warmly welcomed at breakfast by Antari and her team (who even thought of wishing my partner's birthday with a cake and a candle, very nice intention 🥹). The team makes the experience even more pleasant. Thank you very much for making us feel at home! The +: the staff, the location (max 10min walk from the beach and the city center), very quiet, clean, swimming pool, the breakfast. The -: we stayed almost a month and had time to see everything and there is no negative point.

My partner and I just spent the most wonderful week staying at the Taksu Sanur with our son. The room was spacious and had everything we needed, the breakfast buffet was delicious and varied and the pool was our favourite place to spend the afternoons. The staff were absolutely wonderful and adored our son. They went above and beyond, providing everything we asked for, including a drying rack and yoga mat, and always greeted us by name. We stayed here for almost 3 weeks. They have many employees in various roles but all of them make sure to greet you warmly. Since our stay was long, we did come across a few issues in the room which would not bother us if the stay was a short one. We decided to just live with those issues. Our only request to the hotel is to provide a better coffee at breakfast. They have a coffee machine and you can pay for that coffee but the free coffee at breakfast has an extremely disappointing taste.

The room was just okay, some things were not working well including the sink and the leak on the lamp in our bathroom. Yet, the breakfast was so delicious and the staffs were friendly. The location was also great, close to the beach and was easy to find good foods.

Taksu Sanur Hotel (Room 319) Pros: 1. Nice, well-maintained facilities -- pool, lounge area, restaurant, etc.; 2. Good location close to the beach, restaurants, laundry and minimart; 3. Very friendly and helpful staff; everyone is so nice, smiling and very willing to accommodate guests! 4. Free water refill station; 5. On-site restaurant is good, convenient, and open late until 11p each night; 6. Large comfortable bed, mattress and linens; 7. Nice spacious room, bathroom, and shower; 8. Desk/workstation for laptop; 9. Dual nightstands both with lamps and power supplies; 10. Secured/bolted in-room safety deposit box with customizable code; 11. Comfortable room chairs to relax; 12. Good, powerful bidet with strong water pressure! 13. Excellent free breakfast each morning. Cons: 1. No privacy; if window curtains are open then everyone at the pool and neighboring units can see inside your room; 2. Room is located directly across from elevator door, so you hear people talking while waiting for and coming from the elevator; 3. The blackout shades, while excellent quality, don't come all the way down to the floor so the morning sunlight still mildly illuminates the room; 4. Only 1 universal power adapter per room. Management should convert all plugs throughout to universal travel plugs; 5. Room does not have a balcony (but other rooms do).

Hello, we stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. In general, a good impression, even against the background of all these shortcomings, which I will describe below. We lived on the first floor, small geckos, ants, caterpillars often ran to us (I was not happy with them, but expected). At the expense of the buffet, I will say that basically everything was delicious. The omelette station generally coped, both whole fruits - variety and sliced. There are many nuances that I recommend working on in order to have a solid 4. For all the time never changed the bed linen. 😟 The breakfast is quite varied, but there were downsides that the croissants were crispy at first and apparently cooked gradually, and not from the night, for example, then they were soft and not tasty. Coffee was instant for breakfast 🤐, I think it would be possible not to skimp on coffee and brew normal full-fledged coffee. Once they drank water at breakfast, as if not from a filter, but from a tap. 🥵 Check-in was delayed a little, they brought fruit to the room upon check-in. The pool is cool, there is a basketball hoop and balls. The area is beautiful and well maintained. Attentive staff, but please enter normal coffee for breakfast, although we will not see it.☕️ You can live and eat, I recommend.

Great little boutique hotel in a perfect area in Sanur near the beach. Friendly staff, great service, rooms good, good breakfast, pool nice, overall if you are looking for a smaller hotel with not so many people this is perfect

Decent hotel with a lovely pool. Spacious room. Clean and comfortable. Only minor issues we had were 1) a refuse stench when walking up the back stairs, 2) the hot water, and 3) the safe wasn’t working.

We had a wonderful stay here for 2.5 weeks, the staff we always happy and friendly. Dede and Antari went above and beyond to make sure our stay was extra special. My husband is in a wheelchair the hotel was fully accessible and staff were always on hand to help. Great location, short walk to the beautiful beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants. Room was spacious and very clean. Would be highly recommend and stay again!

The room was nice, but the AC leaked badly and flooded the floor. They would not refill my refillable water bottle. They wanted to charge for plastic bottles and I'm anti disposable plastic.

Mini market is walking distance, 50m. Its room is big but lighting is quite dark. Pool area is not too hot, very nice if you want to take a rest there, but not fit for someone who want to sunbath. Overall, stay in Taksu is very recommended compare to price you pay (IDR 300k/night room only) and accomodation you get is good. The minus point is shower room, it will be so wet after take a bath, it caused by no door at shower area. Always follow my reviews, it's trusted and objective

We had a very enjoyable experience here. Great room service, great breakfast buffet and an amazing pool! The staff was very helpful and informative at all times. There are a lot of marts, stores and eateries in the vicinity as well. Good location in Sanur - very close to the beach and easy travel to kuta, uluwatu and Nusa dua!

it’s actually much better than the photos. breakfast was surprisingly good. stayed in junior suite, it’s very spacious, but the bathroom quite small for a junior suite.

free upgrade to a bigger room during my stay for abt 6D5N. nice and clean environment. super windy and good to chill n relax at the pool. close walking distance to cafe and store to buy food n drinks. morn breakfast buffet was good, only few dishes change everyday but with the pricing is good enough. a plus point for them to have a laundry stand to hang dry clothes esp for ppl like me OCD.

we stay on 02/07/22.. the room is not bad.. but better ask for room with balcony which is more wider.. staff is friendly. my daughter leave her swim googles in the pool and the staff is keeping it for her. good and thanks

Well suited for people looking for a Quiet time in Sanur. Rooms were Spacious as well as comfortable and the Staff were very friendly. The Spa was also a really good experience though a bit expensive. The pool was well maintained. A small Breakfast was served but cooked beautifully. Definitely a wonderful experience.

The staff was so friendly. The grounds and room were immaculately kept. The sheets were soft, the furniture was modern and classic. The pool view was lovely. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The towels were a little on the rough side. But nothing I’d complain about. I’d probably skip breakfast next time as it’s not the best. But I’d definitely stay at Taksu again
