Unexpected surprises from this hotel near the airport. The good stuff: ✅ Clean room with extra strong air conditioning unit with nice work table with international outlet. ✅ Good location with awesome sushi restaurant next door and dim sum across the street!! Great for Asian foodies. ✅ Nearly empty but clean pool and good small gym (with water dispenser). ⚠️⚠️⚠️The bad stuff⚠️⚠️⚠️(management needs to read this): 😱 All the pillows need to be replaced or properly cleaned (underneath the cover both pillows are covered with yellow stains). Staff might consider washing it all with bleach and hot water to remove the yellow stains... It makes you wonder how clean the linens were. ❌ Went down to eat breakfast, came back at 10 to collect my luggage and the card access to my room was denied (checkout time was confirmed 12:00 noon).🤯🤔 ❌ People are permitted to smoke inside restaurant area... Quite awful for non-smoker like myself. 🚭 I would love to come back often but probably bring my own pillows and not eat inside their restaurant unless there's a non-smoking section. They really deserve a 5 ⭐ but these are basics of what's expected for any accommodation business... Hopefully they'll read and fix these issues. I will update on my next visit.

stay here for 2 night and it was so so. i didn’t expect too much on this since i only booked for the room without breakfast. understand the covid situation hit them hard and i think management doing a few operational cost cutting like coridor aircon and some of the light was off and its gives me such a spooky experience here. i feel uncomfortable with the dark ambiance. room was old fashioned, bathroom so dirty with curst over the shower, flower and the mirror. seems like the hotel try to survive, thats why i dont even ask for more during my stay here

Room is decent but the bathroom is not. The wifi is really poor, cannot use it at all. Already talked to the concierge but no follow up action. They don’t deserve a 4 stars hotel. Even other 3 and 3.5 stars hotel are better then this.

Rooms were spacious, could be a little cleaner but honestly I didn't come to Bali to expect anything, I came to Bali to enjoy Bali would definitely come back, I'm booked here for a full month Breakfast :Great food selection, I was there around 8am and the omelettes were especially delicious.

Not really a pleasant stay. Pros: excellent staff, very helpful. Average breakfast and location. Cons: badly need a full renovation. My room I stayed (1151) had a very bad odor. Pillows were super dirty. And the shower area (bath tub) was very slippery. Lot of potential but badly need a good servicing.

The place is nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming as well. Major downfall is there isn't anyone that understands English very well, I had to use google translate way too often, room service requests were difficult because of this. If you had 1 staff member on each shift who could understand English this place would be fanatic. The pool is a little bit small but it's relaxing

If you hate mosquitoes and you attract mosquitoes alot like i do, don’t go here. This hotel could have been great if it’s well maintained. You cant gym past 6pm otherwise it will be too dark inside regardless of the light. Wifi connection is terrible. Staffs are friendly tho and the room is comfy.

The lobby is kinda fresh-look, that’s why it called Rainforest. The room is quite old but well maintained, but i wish someday they could do better renovation. Breakfast is excellent, lot of choices.

It's quite nice and affordable but sometimes they're innnundated with huge tour groups. At those dates, this place is a bit like a zoo.

Nice hotel, worth the price! Cleanliness is the key of a hotel, and they did it. They also have nice staff 👌🏻 But the only give you bath towel, if you used to use a separate towel for face and hand, you need to ask first. And they even asked us to review, it means that they care to do improvements. 👍🏻 Please maintain it.

Service and food are great, but the room is quite shabby. The television not work properly. The drawer cannot be closed again after being opened and the bathroom door is broken.

We stayed in a deluxe room which was quite spacious, but the AC had a problem (not cold), there was no refrigerator and SDB, so we complained to the hotel. It turned out that our complaint was responded to quickly and our room was upgraded as a form of apology from the hotel. The food is quite varied and every day the main food menu changes. The hotel staff is also friendly. Parking is also wide and strategic location. Only the fitness facilities need to be improved because the equipment is old.

Stayed here in October Great place and ambience is quiet. Staff is friendly and food is also Great. For vegetarian, on request they had prepared vegetarian omelette which was again tasty beyond mu expectations. Thanks Swiss Belhotel for such a good experience during my stay.

We got nice and spacious room with bath tub. They do have restro - it's calm and really enjoyed some delicious food from their menu. Felt bit expensive for buffet breakfast that we paid & also laundry service. Otherwise room service & other service are great, people were really kind here.

Stayed here for a night before our flight. Nice hotel and not far to kuta and airport. Room was big and comfortable. Love our bed so much. Friendly staff and the food was absolutely delicious. Had room service for dinner. Food was good and cheap. Buffet breakfast was the star at this hotel. Can’t complain, probably the best buffet breakfast during our stay in Bali.

A decent place to stay, quite comfortable and calm ambience. Sadly the water closet didn't work right when I gotta clean up my a**. It was also a nightmare when the water in the sink for brushing my teeth and the water from the shower came out sooo blackkk full of dirt. After waiting like 15-or-so minutes the water came out normal. Thank God I could finally clean up and that didn't happen again afterwards.

The place is really great but they let drunkies around the hallways and there weren't even any security around i had to fear for my safety when the drunkies were cat calling and chasing me in the hallways ://

The hotel was unique it sounds rainy everyday but its cool and the concept when we’re entering lobby like we’re at the forest. The rooms was spacious, i stay here for 3 nights and the breakfast variety also good. Easy to access to some places in Bali. I will come back again someday to this hotel

In February 2023, I booked for 4-nights and although the visit did fall short of my expectations to impress, I would NOT refer others to visit for their own experience; because there were some plus sides. PROS: I liked the pool & bar area and the rainforest vibe; I also liked the breakfast choices and the staff. CONS: the room key (Rm # kept "discontinuing" and the WIFI was not reliable; while dining, smokers intruding smells ruined the appetite

Wonderful experience, will be returning. Little ones love the koi pond lobby and buffet breakfast for fee. Room service Food until 9pm and okay wurung downstairs seperate from hotel.

This is an old hotel but I really like it here. Very relaxing and even has a gym and nice pool area. It's strategically located and actually quite affordable. Staffs are nice and friendly

Comfy bed, reliable wifi to get work done and streaming, wide variety breakfast menu (though they replace butter with margarine for the bakery section). Oh and they have relaxing rainforest vibe 🍃 Friendly staff, Bli Andi, made sure regarding my breakfast experience. I take 1 star out because the bedroom floor is a bit greasy. Nice stay overall.

Definitely recommended for the service and room that provided and its easy to get around every wear between Seminyak and Kuta. Comfy bed and our room has a view for cheap price. Love the coiled fish near the breakfast bar. We stayed here 2 weeks

Enjoying the hotel. Breakfast is good. The bed is super comfy. Spacious enough for family with 1 kid. The only downside is the bath tub location that's a bit awkward. Great service by Mas Andi 👍

Had visited this hotel a long time back. Nice wounderful hotel with perfect rainforest atmosphere. Extremely friendly staff and very courtesy towards guest. Nice location, pretty close to Kuta area. Suitable for both business and family trip. Will definitely plan to stay here again when we visit Bali.

The breakfast are ok, great eating place, i like the vibe of it. Was having some problem check-in, we have 3 rooms and we came in around 5 PM and we only got 1 room and have to wait for the other 2. And then 1 of them have a broken AC. It says that this is a 4 stars hotel? But i think this is more like a 3-stars with the conditions of the hallways and rooms. But, it is still a great room!!! Im here for 4 days, so will be checking out the swimming pool and gym later, will update my reivew later

Spacious parking lot, the main road Lobby entrance is very close to the 24 hours Indomaret store. As the hotel is at Sunset Rd, so just drive straight to Ngurah Rai Bali Denpasar Airport in a less than half an hour time. Oh, helpful F.O staffs too. Sip lah!

Amazing experience to stay here for my honeymoon, they're giving us cute honeymoon decoration, the ambience is great, hospitality, and cleanliness is wonderful. The breakfast section part is amazing feels like we're in Rainforest Heaven. We'll be back for another trip. The front reception Elinda was really helpful and so kind.

Nothing to complaint, except for breakfast. Regret to choose with breakfast. The breakfast very 😞, sausage is uneatable, taste like fake, other menu taste just can be eat but ... . Menu variation also not good. Hope the management will improve the food quality and variation as it is quite expensive for breakfast.
