Very clean and smells amazing! The 30 minute head and back massage was perfect. The only bad thing was that the masseuse sometimes talked with the other staff while massaging me, which was unprofessional. Otherwise, great place to go for a quickie and decent prices!

Don't mind the negative comments - the HYU Spa is not on the main street, it is from the main street to the left. At the main street, there is a not a good massage spot led by unprofessionals and can be misleading. You may think that is it. But it is not! you have to find the side street and turn! We had a great service there, at the HYU Spa. There are lovely girls who took the best care of us - not only of us. Reflexology, manicure, back massage - everything awesome! If you are searching for it, look for green signs with the name in the side street. Girls are in uniforms, that is how you know you are at the right place filled with joy :) thank you for a wonderful service!

We have compared and contrasted the most suggested places in Sanur and ended up coming back here. It didn't hurt that it was close to Tandjung Suri. The bali massages are so good. The head and shoulders sent me to sleep. Sorry for falling asleep. But it was very relaxing. Clean place, friendly staff. We were here a year ago and it has improved since then. The google maps is slightly off, it's at the start of the path down to Tandjung Suri.

The spa is probably amazing, but we could not get in due to steep steps at the entrance, & no handrail. Pity, I would like to have tried it.

Wife and daughter had a mani-pedi and I had a Balinese massage. My wife had to file her nails herself because the lady was making a mess of it. The massage was oily and weak. I asked for a little more pressure but was told Balinese massage is softer. It wasn't my first time getting a Balinese massage and this was less than soft. There are better options for these treatments.

Simple the best massage as we have travelled around Bali. Book with Nana & Sre you will love it, these two young ladies did an amazing job, we loved it so much we came back 3 days in a row. The spa itself is peaceful and nicely decorated

My partner and I had the worst massage ever in Sanur. Came for a 30min feet reflexology. They didn't wash our feet, same movement for 30min, not professional at all, and thinking is funny 😐 If you're looking for a good massage, this is not the place to go! A waste of time and money

Great massages! When we left, my husband said it was one of the top ten best massages he's ever had. And they were able to accommodate us early in the morning without reservations. Highly recommend.

The worst nail salon experience i ever had. Only had a limited number of colour to choose from, and had to choose in the dark, and had to judge the colour based of the container. they do not have the sample nails palette to see colour. Furthermore, staff is inexperienced, the girl who did my nails did not do anything right, my nail was out of shape badly, the manicure did not remove cuticles, just regular scrub and lotion which anyone can do at home. immediately stopped the session and did not bother doing my nails with them. however, friend did nails and nails did not even last a week, the application of polish is uneven as well. will not go back.

Every year the salon gets worse and worse. It wasn't me who relaxed during the massage, it was the masseuse. She poured a tonne of oil on me as if I were chips. At the end the masseuse gave me tea in a wooden mug and didn't warn me that it was boiling water, I burnt my mouth. One of the worst massages ever

Have visited twice since coming back to bali, it is a small salon , 3 beds but great service, great price, very friendly
