Good comfortable place. Large room, cozy bed and pillows , Good shower , but we had a common door with next one room, and I heard everything from there, and their TV at night. Then I go there and ask them make a quite, then everything so good. Depends of your neighbors.

The room is very good. However, the breakfast is not so good. We take breakfast on 9 a.m. the food already out of stock. We need to wait almost 1 hour

Very nice hotel but not well located at all. On a very passing street and not convenient when you need to walk around. The hotel offer a bus shuttle to drop you to many places close to the beach. Drop off only. The bedroom are really super.

Staffs were super friendly, occasionally you can hear guests talking from next room at night and some traffic noises. The rooms are extremely clean. I enjoyed my stay there.

Beautiful hotel, but the breakfast was disappointing and the staff could’ve been nicer. The massage at the spa did not live up to our expectations either. For the price you pay you think the service and the environment would be better.

Hotel is very tired and requires a deep clean. Access to Sanur is dreadful, broken slabs on pavements and holes in ground. Not safe at all. Breakfast needs to be varied.

One of the newest hotels in Sanur. Big rooms, a lot of eatery places near by. 10 mins walk to the Sanur beach. Dont miss the sunrise at that beach. Majestic view

Unfortunately, we found (and killed) two cockroaches in our bed. In addition to that, the staff are still made to wear masks, which is just plain stupidity from management. All mask mandates have been removed, as Covid is now history. Unacceptable to be making up your own rules.

All my expectations have been met and more. All the staff greet you happily and warmly. The hotel has a luxurious feel to it. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The food has been wonderful and the breakfast plentiful... with the buffet changing slightly each day. I love the pool and the relaxing seats beside it. It's only a 10 min walk to the beach so plenty close enough. Can't wait to come back xxx

Super romantic, clean and beautiful hotel, definitely gives off resort vibes. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and the pool was great. My only complaints are that the water in the shower is less than lukewarm, it flooded and the bathroom smells like urine through the pipes. Aside from that, the stay was great and very beautiful.

I'm currently staying at this hotel and I don't believe previous positive reviews about the food. The bread and pastries this morning were stale and inedible, crawling with flies. The supply of food was limited. The eating area was crawling with cats. We were charged, in cash, twice the advertised holding deposit. The manager was unhelpful. While understanding cancellation policies, I was expecting some good will as I want to cancel and move somewhere decent. No goodwill here and this certainly is not a 4 star hotel as advertised.

The spacious and clean rooms are the highlight of this hotel. The management definitely need a refresher course in customer service. On Saturday 16/12/23 there was minimal staff presence at the hotel, I believe it was due to a Hindu festival...I totally understand the cultural significance of this, however, guests should have been informed, room service plates were lurking outside rooms for hours (enjoyed by feral cats roaming in all areas of the hotel) and there was no service available at the pool area. One concern observed was children swimming with no supervision from parents, this should be managed and addressed by hotel staff. The breakfast buffet was adequate, however, pastries are to be avoided as they are covered in flies. The staff supervising the buffet seem to be more concerned with advising customers about the time the buffet will close.

After many, many hours of travel from the US we arrived in Denpasar to a lost bag and other interesting hurdles to get out of the airport. Freed from the airport we took our transfer to The Grand Palace Hotel. We were greeted like family and whisked away to our rooms. Our rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff was available as well as room service at midnight so we could enjoy snacks and beverages of our choice. Angga, from the amazing front desk staff, even went so far as to take us, after his shift ended, to the docks to purchase our tickets for the boat transfer to Lambogan. All in all, an oasis with friendly, helpful staff, clean, comfortable and welcoming. BONUS, breakfast was included with a plethora of items sure to tempt even the pickiest of eaters. Hospitality at it's best!

Stayed here for 2 nights after first arriving in Bali before heading over to an island. The room was very clean and large, and the rooms were equipped with everything you could possibly think of including toiletries, sewing kit, q-tips, hairdryer etc. The facilities on-site were very good and accessible, as the pool is olympic size (25m), and relatively empty. Breakfast was also good, and had a wide choice of food incl. continental breakfast, Indonesian cuisine, egg making stand etc. Service was very good as well, and the staff were always happy to help out wherever they could and even recommended some local restaurants to us, where we could eat out. Only thing to be picky about would be the location, as it is right by the main road (didn't bother me personally), but there isn't much in the immediate area, and if you want to get anywhere expect to walk at least 10 minutes, if not 15 minutes. If you take a scooter or a taxi you will be fine.

Beautiful and clean hotel that has a decent size room with balcony. Would definitely stay at Grand Palace again if we visit Sanur. Location would not be the best as there are no shops around the area, unless you cross the heavy traffic road (almost mission impossible) to the opposite side. but Grab transport is very convenient at thev location. But there are some eateries which is about 10mins away.

This was by far the prettiest hotel we went to on our trip in Bali. The hotel itself and the service felt like this should be more expensive than it was. The room was not just clean, everything felt very premium. Gorgeous bathroom. Forget about the plastic bottles of water, they give you these cool glass bottles with a bottle opener in the bathroom. The only thing that was so so was the location. You're on this boring boulevard, not super close to the beach. The hotel itself was amazing at a price point that was very affordable. Exceptional value.

The staff at this hotel makes it the best experience in Bali. They are so attentive, nice, and are always smiling and willing to help in any little way possible. The rooms were very clean, and spacious. The least expensive room still felt like it was worth 3 times what we paid, because of the staff. The free breakfast buffet was incredibly tasty with local Indonesian food. The grounds around the hotel were immaculate, there is always someone cleaning, no matter the time of day. The staff were able to guide us in getting around the general local area. It is within a 10-15 minute walk to the beach where you can get fresh local seafood, close to many little spas, and close to the night market for Bali street food, and also close to many Warungs (little restaurants serving local food). I would stay here again, every time, because of the staff. You would not regret booking your stay here.

Seriously it is the most worst service hotel for meeting and group discussion We are one of reputable learning centre and Cooperative groups Using this hotel service and meeting room.. The mineral water is very limited, the staff doesnt helpful at all to add more water.. which it water is most important thing in every meeting discussion or in Hall. But this hotel is not responsible for it and just one glass for entire 2.5 hour. When it comes to serve lunch for grup, this hotel takes more than 1 hours, how come? Because they enforced to assist each of guest but they again provide limited staff.. In other hotel, each of Food served with one staff, one hand one menu, but here.. 3 staff are going aroun around which taking so much time for our group which about 150 person.. I seriously will never take this hotel as place for my next event
