Nice 3 star hotel located next to the beach. Pool is good along with the restaurant and breakfast. Breakfast is basic but adequate buffet style with egg station and nice views of the ocean. We had room 51 which had a balcony and good natural light. No safes but lock boxes at reception. Some rooms are more traditional and appear darker inside. TV and WiFi are good. The beds are firm and the rooms very clean. Beatiful gardens and very peaceful surrounds. Easy access to beach path and main road. Be aware that the upstairs rooms have steep stairs and may not be your thing.

A family favourite for many years.. friendly staff, lovely warm pool, great sea views. Fabulous cafes & shops as you walk along the beachfront. This was my dad, mum & sisters ‘happy place’. They’ve all passed away now, but what a wonderful time they had here. They made so many friends. Only negative is the wifi.

Such a welcoming, unique and delightful stay at Vila Shanti. Staff make this place exceptional, so close to everything you need. So safe and quiet! Great pool and restaurant. Quaint and a real Bali experience!

Great old style hotel, value for money, perfect for simple family accomodation at a good price. Pool is good and kid friendly. Can’t fault breakfast - fresh fruit, eggs made to order and traditional Indo options, all staff very friendly too. Good location right on the beach and within east walking distance to many dining and cafe options.

Smaller traditional Balinese hotel with access to Sanur beach, unfortunately becoming less affordable due to rate rises.

Value for beach location in sanur. Great beachside pool. Beachside drinks and private beach beds. Very pretty beach.

Great place to stay on Bali if you like quite place. The accommodation is perfect as for location and conditions, the territory is absolutely green and beautiful, breakfast selection is very good and restaurant is pretty delicious. I loved that air conditioning made our stay very comfortable! But if you are looking for high waves on the beach it is not the best choice. And the beach itself is not the best one - but for us it was OK. And do not miss sunrises - they are awesome here!!!

Awesome pool area and, surprisingly, the restaurant had amazing food! We ate there so many times because it was so good and the staff was so nice. Good location on the beach and in the middle of sanur village. Would definitely recommend for someone on vacation with a little to spend but not going overboard with luxuries.

A very standard three star hotel with a pretty nice location on the water. Definitely a more typical Indonesian style hotel. Services, food and rooms are all what you'd expect from a bit older and smaller hotel. If you just need a place to get away and be as lazy as possible, this place will do which is exactly what we were after. However, if you need a bit nicer place with better services and food, other options in the area would likely be better.
