We stayed one night to celebrate my 33th birthday. We stayed with our 4 years old daughter and actually quite enjoy. Pros 1. The room is spacious and clean. 2. The staff is nice and helpful 3. The room have small kitchen and fully equipped and It's quite convenience for us. Cons 1. There's many ants around the lobby area 2. The bar and restaurant didn't operate when we staying 3. Lacking cleanliness around the pool area. The seating is quite dusty 4. Limited parking area We do understand during the covid situation they might be struggling in terms of man power, but cleanliness is certainly crucial.

This is by no means a 4-star hotel, I don't know why google listed this place as such. The website only shows the suites with private pools, so I ultimately thought every villa looks like that. My room is not shown anywhere in the site so I had high expectations of this place until I actually checked in. Many cracks and leaks around the room, does not look as nice as the pictures on web (could use better ambiance), I couldn't unclog my bathroom sink, there is a nice big bathtub but the water runs slow it's going to take ages to fill up (although alternatively they do have a separate shower as well). Also, it's located in a residential area with small roads that don't fit 2 cars so it's going to be a big challenge to bring a car here. Not a fan of the neighborhood itself as there are many dogs and while I generally don't mind them (and we all know they are lots of strays here in Bali), they would run and bark at you. The pros of this villa are that, it IS very cheap, the room is spacious, it has a full kitchen with utensils and pans, and the bed is huge. I can see that this is a nice choice for families but for a young lone traveler, I'm pretty sure there are better options around Sanur, and if you are genuinely looking for 4-star hotel, this is definitely not one. Personally for reasons listed above, I wouldn't come back. Extra 1 star for attentive and friendly staff.

Old and bad smell. Crack and dirty for some of the one bed room type. Less good will for give the best services & hospitality. Room is the must be than services only. You deserved the best than this property. Try your luck. All in all, Manipulated pictures and photos. Very sad of the operation manager and owner decide to keep sell the room with very poor condition Trust in very important than occupancy rate.

My dad stayed here whilst in Bali. We popped in for the day to visit him. The villa was beautiful, huge bath, plenty of space. The food was lovely, staff were great. Definitely recommend.

Not worth the money paid for, and they call themselves a 4 star hotel. Totally neglected villa. I stayed in a Studio villa and it smelled moldy and abandoned. All their fixtures were old and rusty, walls were moldy with paint chipping off, mattress and pillows were old and smelly and highly uncomfortable. White curtains were stained and ripped. Towels were once white are now greyish and stained. Their sofa was old and totally flat and needed new paddings. Bathroom floors were moldy, with cracked tiles and dirt accumulated for several years. Bathroom tiles and walls needed a good scrub. Shower walls were caked with limescale deposits over a long time due to lack of cleaning. Bathroom mirrors were dusty on the top upper half. Kitchen counters were full of aphids and cockroaches and the wooden drawers were almost going to break due to years of dampness. Paying almost a 100 US a night isn't worth it. I don't understand the other reviews about it being clean and well maintained, perhaps the villa paid them to give such reviews. Location wasn't great as you need to walk quite far out to a supermarket, food, beach. Although very quiet location with no roosters crowing but for the convenience of the location, there's none.

You will face with dirty curtains, dirty spots at sofa and 0 privacy for 50$ per day. Think different

We rented a 2 bedroom villa and really love the atmosphere and location, peacefull and quiet at night. Close enough to downtown Sanur to be convenient but far enough to avoid the nighttime hustle and bustle. Staff are super friendly. Property needs a bit of maintenance spending and some TLC as they recover the business after CV19. We extended our stay an additional week! Will definitely come back.

Stayed here during my time in Sanur, Bali. The stay was comfortable and the pool facing rooms are pretty relaxing. 1 less star for the Wi-Fi issue I faced. The rooms which are towards the far end doesn't receive strong Wi-Fi signals.

Really disappointed with our experience at Aleesha Villas. The staff were lovely, but so much was inadequate and definitely not a 4 star hotel. We stayed in the two bedroom private villa Anna. Some of the issues we had were: - our private pool was filthy with green algae on the walls (even through they ‘cleaned’ it most days), so only felt comfortable swimming in the shared pool - very strong damp smell through the kitchen (despite it being outside), in the wardrobes and the bathroom - the microwave and fridge in the kitchen had to have been 30+ years old - yellowed, parts broken off - we had three showers and three toilets, only one of each worked properly - there was hair in all three shower drains and black mold growing on the shower wall - my baby got absolutely mauled by mosquitoes despite applying repellent - we requested a top sheet as the doona was too hot and we’re told they didn’t have enough - we got the omelette breakfast one morning and it tasted like dish washing detergent and the ‘juice’ was from concentrate and awful (very surprising in a place like Bali where the fresh juice is amazing and readily available) - lots of cracks and wear and tear around the villa, very worn and tired Pros: - bed was comfortable - staff helped organize a driver to take us on a day trip and teach us about Balinese culture and religion - the shared pool area is nice - wish our pool was half as nice - the Balinese food on the menu was okay - the aircon started smelling and they cleaned it the same day - it was very peaceful most of the time - just 10 minutes walk to a really great yoga studio and a big supermarket - location not terrible, but would have been nice to be a little closer to the beach I was so excited about this trip, but it fell way short of expectations based on photos and other people’s reviews

Best place to stay in Sanur for a few nights. We have stayed here 4 times now and we have enjoyed our stay everytime. Staff are so amazingly kind and helpful, food is great in the restaurant, lovely pool - also great for kids with the shallow steps, perfect location and cheap prices! Would recommend for anyone looking for a nice quiet budget friendly stop 🙌

Very big and clean rooms made with white stone and marble facing a lovely swimming pool. The staff is extremely helpful and the place is very quiet. A jewel in the Sanur area!

Great service by staff, maybe a little better work for the menu, but okay, good location once you realise how to use the back streets.

Amazing spot, about a 10min walk to the beach and the main road. The Villa Carrie was amazing big spacious room and a big pool outside with a lovely little kitchen. Thank you to everyone at Alessha Villas you really made our trip worthwhile. Matur Suksma 🙏

For such an affordable price, their 1 bedroom with pool villa is worth every penny. The villa has a spacious toilet, king-sized bed, and adequately sized private pool for 2-4 pax. Overall the villa is well maintained and is located around 5-7mins walk from the main street. They also provide a shuttle service with 2 different timings. Staff are friendly and will do their best to help you out as much as they can. We had such a lovely 3-night stay here and will definitely come back next time.

A nice place in quiet Sanur! The hospitality was great and the rooms were spacious and luxurious for a great price. The staff was very courteous and always available. They arranged laundry service for us and also a scooter while we stayed there at very short notice! Highly recommended for stays while in Bali, will definitely visit again in future.

I cannot speak highly enough about Aleesha Villas. It truly is a little gem, located just off the beaten track in Sanur. It is only a short stroll to the main street and close to Sanur Beach. It is very private, away from all the hustle & bustle on the main street, yet close enough to all the amenities, restaurants, bars and shops. I stayed for three weeks and I had every comfort I could have asked for. And any additional things I needed or wanted, the staff very swiftly accommodated my needs. I stayed in one of the deluxe villas which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. The villa itself was spacious, yet cosy and clean. The bed was very large and ever so comfortable. It had very good air conditioning as well. It was important for me to have good cooking facilities as I was cooking for myself daily and the villa did not disappoint. I had everything I needed to cook up wonderful meals each day 😊 I also enjoyed many relaxing bubble baths in the lovely Balinese bathtub which was glorious! :) Wi Fi connection was also very good. My villa was cleaned every day, and I was provided with clean towels and two bottles of complimentary bottled water each and every day which was really nice. The swimming pool was clean and crystal clear each and every day and the water was very warm. The pool is surrounded by lush trees and many beautiful plants and shrubs which makes you feel like you are amongst a tropical paradise…..which you are! In addition, there was always peaceful, tranquil music playing outside daily so I would be swimming in the pool, listening and enjoying that beautiful music. It was so calming, relaxing and very peaceful. Now to the staff. I think this was actually the highlight for me. Each and every staff member at the villas were so very kind, caring, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and very accommodating. They are truly the sweetest, kindest, and most gorgeous team of people I think I have ever met. I cannot say enough good things about them. In fact, wonderful friendships were formed during my stay and I’m very happy to say that some of these beautiful people will be life long friends of mine which I am truly grateful for. I feel very blessed to have met them. And I truly cannot wait for the day when these gorgeous people welcome me back to my "Home Away From Home" which will be soon. 😊 😊 And most definitely, every time I visit Bali I will be staying at Aleesha Villas.......I would never stay anywhere else, that is for certain. So to all you fellow travellers out there.......if you are planning on staying in Sanur, Aleesha Villas will not disappoint. It is a little hidden tropical treasure that you must find!

Everything is in a bad condition. The kitchen is not well equipped. Bed is extremely uncomfortable. When we were checking out they charged us for the water. When we were checking in, they didn’t inform us that the water was not included in the price though. We don’t mind paying for the water but we just don’t appreciate the dishonesty.

Big room, pretty clean, friendly staff (-) Many holes on the hardwood floor. Holes in towels and bed linen. Very small and low watt hair dryer.

With Covid ruling our lives, mentally and physically for the past couple of years and not being able to truly disconnect...my stay at Aleesha was just what the Doctor ordered. Staff were absolutely wonderful. From the moment my Driver pulled in and the meet and greet to the wonderful accommodation, and the wave goodbye at the end of my stay and customer service that went above and beyond anything you get here in Australia...perfection! I feel I have made some wonderful new friends. Highly recommended! Everything right at your finger tips without the hustle and bustle. Will definitely be back :)

I checked into this hotel and checked right out within a hour. The toilet was dirty. The bed had stains and the outside cooking area under the cook top was a mess. The place has potential and may have been nice in the past. But seriously needs some deep cleaning and upgrading. There is no way this is a 4 star hotel. The staff was nice and didn't give me any objection to me checking out and they refunded to my 3 party site I booked though. But my recommendation is to stay somewhere else.
