Great location, basic accommodation for an awesome price. Glad I tried it. My stay was 2 nights in July 2019, wish I stayed longer. I had a budget room which was small but its clean and perfect for a solo traveler who is out and about most of the time anyway. Water is not provided - I always get some on my way from the airport anyway and there's a 24/7 minimart across the road where you can buy anything you may need. The air conditioner worked well. There was no fridge in the budget room however the minimart across the road solves that issue. Theres plenty of places nearby to eat and only a short walk to the beach. Staff are very friendly and helpful, some don't really speak english but there's usually someone around who does so it's not a problem. Staff can be a little loud in the mornings when servicing the rooms but I would definitely still stay there again, generally it's very peaceful and quiet there. Breakfast is included. It might be worth asking them what time they are serving it as they leave it on your outdoor table after calling out 'breakfast' so if you're not a light sleeper, you might miss it (or not know how long it's been there). I was served Mie Goreng and some watermelon on my first morning (pictured) and Scrambled eggs with toast and some watermelon (also pictured) the second morning, both with hot water & ingredients for coffee (byo milk). I'll probably book one of the bigger rooms next time and stay for longer. Highly recommended if you are looking for cheap accommodation close to everything.

I was in economy for one night and the room was tiny and dirty (had not been cleaned since last person I suspect), the staff wasn't super friendly and the breakfast is a basic omelet. The aircon worked ok, made a loud sound every now and then.

This is a lovely home stay with a great location close to the main business centers and the beach. It is larger than it appears, and pretty quiet, with a nice pool. Our room is decent size with a good balcony and air conditioning, but the shower is a little sketchy.

There are much better choices around. - Staff nearly can't speak English - No working AC in my room (others were fine) - No shower at swimming pool - No shower at standard rooms (only a tub) - No choice of breakfast We had 4 rooms and they didn't allowed us to make a late checkout at least in one (but they were free that day)... Not recommended.

Love this place in Sanur Bali , clean n green with free breakfast n coffee, nice rooms , small but cute pool , I loved the architecture n statues here , 🙏🏻☺️ great place to stay with friends n family

Lovely quiet pool area / clean rooms / lovely staff. We stayed in an upstairs room. Great location - close to beach, restaurants, supermarket, shopping. Have stayed twice and will stay again.

Great stopover for one night, great location, quiet, beautiful gentle sounds from temple next door at reasonable hours and couldn't do enough to assist; breakfast delivered to room.

Lovely home stay 2 minutes from the beach. Nice pool and welcoming staff.

No kettle even tho that is what we were promised ! No soap ! No plug. No hot water. Shower broken. No bath mat. Toilet flush broken. No tea. No coffee. No water . Towels smelt musty and not clean. Door locks very very stiff and not working properly. Dogs barking at 3-4 am everyday. No towels for pool. No outside loo. No security ..the complex is open to anyone.

The room was spacious and clean. The hotel is very quite despite being in the middle of the centre of Sanur on a busy road. There's also a nice garden with a small swimmingpool. Everything is very well maintained. However, the overall experience was a bit strange. The staffmembers don't speak english very well and did not understand my questions. Breakfast is served in your room between 7:30-10:00. There is a breakfast menu, but you can not ask for wat you want or when. They will just knock on your door somewhere in the morning and serve you one of the dishes on te menu. When or what is unclear, and is different each day. I thought it was all kind of strange as I don't eat most of the dishes and I'd like to sleep in some days. Despite all the upsides to this hotel I don't think it is worth the money. I have stayed in other places in Sanur, for half the price and twice the service.

Minus: Old, dated, Smelly and mouldy room,unfriendly staff. Store bought mini sweet cakes for breakfast,no drinking water available,massive useless fridge in room. Plus: Good location.
