This property was messy and infested with insects. The wifi was also very slow. They also made us check off items in the hotel, including basic necessities such as face towels. Gym equipment was also faulty. Had to kill around 10 insects over the course of a 2 night stay. Staff also had a hard time understanding basic concepts and working hotel equipment. Would not stay here again. Tourist trap.

I would recommend other hotels. -There were 30 rats of all sizes in 6 months. They woke me up many times when I was sleeping at night. They were also in our room. -Slow to respond. It took 6 months to close up the holes where the rats could get in. -There was a long-staying family using the area around the pool noisily like a park, but the situation remained the same all the time. -The furniture was dirty. I erased crayon graffiti and brought my own shower heads. -The faucet produced red murky water. Good points -Beautiful garden. -Good location. -Free water.

Exceptionally bad attitude. Managing stuff is awful, wanted to stay for 1 month but stayed 1 day only. Everything they can make economy from they do, rough bed linen, the cheapest spring beds and pillows, old sanitary equipment. Asked the m for extension socket and they brought one from workers covered in sand and dust))) Note they also made some renovation at least this what they think)) Cockroach on the second floor after cleaning is attached.

I can't suggest booking a room at the hotel. Better hotels can be found nearby. - Rats are scurrying across the roof and making obnoxious noises. - Kids are having fun around the shared pool. Their screaming in a high tone is just too loud. - Reliable internet access is not always possible. - The furniture is old. not tidy.

My family and I stayed for a month in a duplex #6 at Sayang Sanur resort. It’s 2 BR and 2,5 BTH unit facing the main pool. Entire duplex is 840 sq ft. It has kitchen, refrigerator and washing machine. Also you have a private balcony with pool view on the second floor. Room service was provided twice a week. Drinking water bottle and stove gas tank changed per request free of charge. The location was perfect, so many great restaurants within walking distance. It’s only 400 feet from center and 1,600 feet from the beach. They also have well maintained gym and yoga studio within hotel. They offer some breakfast/ brunch options for additional charge but honestly you can get better options within 2-3 min walk at the nearby restaurants, bakeries and cafes. Last but not least the staff was really friendly and helpful. Overall this place is nice and worth the money. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks Sayang Sanur team.

20 apartments with 2 or 3 rooms fully furnished, equipped complete kitchen with house hold electrical appliances, cooking wares & utensils surrounding a full sized swimming pool with landscape privacy+free WiFi, parking availability on a first come basis & security. The host/owner is personally managing the property & resides on site.

I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 star because the place is somewhat new and there is a washing machine. The security guard in front is also nice. We were asked to take inventory of everything in the villa and tick a checklist. If something is broken or missing, we have to pay. We are on vacation, we do not have time to count all the spoons, forks, plates one by one and go through the entire villa making sure everything is there. That is not our job. Not only that, the electric socket near my bed didnt even work so i had to charge my devices in the bathroom and the wifi signal is very weak. There was a blood stain on the blanket when we first came which is gross. There were many bugs eg. cockroach, spider, beetles, centipede. There was a spider on the water dispenser and it attacked me while i was trying to get water, which almost made me drop my glass (which they would have made me pay for). There was also a stream of ants in my bedroom that was there for almost 3 days (even after cleaning). I had to take care of the problem myself and kill the entire colony.

Went here for a family vacation, booked the villa unit in front. So far okay. Rooms are clean, amenities also complete. Kitchen also good. They have washing machine in the back room. TV channels need improvement though. Wifi is good, except for upstairs room, it got unstable probably because the wifi router located downstair. Location wise is great, many great restaurants in walking distance.

A wonderful stay - attentive staff, all very friendly and welcoming. Our villa was clean, and beautifully furnished. The shared pool was wonderful and great for children. We would highly recommend as it’s close to everything.

We stayed for 10 nights in a 3 bedroom villa. It was very comfortable the breakfast delivered each morning was wonderful. The location was perfect so many great restaurants within walking distance. The villa pool was a bit cold but we were able to use the main pool and that had a much better temperature. We were very comfortable and I would stay here again for sure.

Booked on air b n b and had no clue this was a full resort. It has a massive pool, a modern and clean gym and a restaurant. It’s on the Main Street of Sanur, and is just tucked away off the main road so it’s quiet and feels secluded yet being so centrally located. The room was enormous and had a huge bath tub and two AC units which was sooo nice. At this price point it simply cannot be beaten.

Had a great experience staying there for 15 days in future if I visit Bali will stay here again

Villa was lovely - very clean and staff friendly, but take ear plugs if you stay in Villa 3 or 4, as the dog barks all day and night, and the roosters like to talk to each other. 😊

Fantastic place to stay, great location, staff are awesome, choice of accommodation, im in a duplex, cant fault it, massive pool right outside your front door .

If i go to Bali again i would gladly come back here again.

This places is wonderful and the staff's are really friendly and helpful. I've been staying twice and its satisfying. Its close from the restaurant & supermarket as well. Unfortunately the beach is close during this pandemic but you can have a 5 mins walk from this place. The room is really clean and you've private balcony if you stay on second floor room. Not sure what is happening with the water, its bit smell not good when you take shower. Hope they can fixed it and so far its been fantastic stay. Its valued for money and really recommended for family stay as well.
