Very unhappy customers, we booked for sari villa and requested a room downstairs but we were given a room upstairs. The room was way too small for 3 guests, the air-con was not working. The hotel is in desperate need of renovations. We complained to the staff, so they moved us to a room at Amansari Villa which is next door. This was also a let down. The room is a reasonable size but it smells of mould, the doors have open cracks so the room is infested with mosquito's and other insects. This led to geckos and lizards coming into the room. In general the room itself is very dirty and the bed sheets are not changed every day. The photos that are displayed on websites are nothing like what you see in person. It is very obvious that the photos are either taken elsewhere or are photo-shopped. Sadly, the restaurant is only open for breakfast. So if you are at the pool and want a snack, you would have to go outside the hotel to eat. The only good things about this hotel was that the beach was very close and the staff were very friendly. We are constant travelers to Bali and have never came across a place like this.
