We stayed at this property from January 2, 2020 to January 4, 2020. We had to check-out early due to poor condition of the rooms. Our original stay being from January 2 to January 7, we had a troubled two nights at this hotel due to which we had to check-out. This happened on January 2 We were a group of 6 adults and had a 3 Bedroom suite. One of the bedrooms had a window with all the AC outdoor units outside which generated so much heat, that there was absolutely no cooling in the room which made it impossible for us to sleep. We called the reception and requested for a solution. They sent their maintenance staff who said the AC was working fine. We then requested for a room change and we were given a new room. Due to all this, we missed our plan for the day. January 3 Same problem with the new room again. Another sleepless night. Called the reception again and they were kind enough to help us with another room. They agreed that this is a constant problem with most of their rooms. Another room change and there goes another day in the hotel. We had to miss out on our plans for that day too. January 4 We request the reception to give us separate rooms where the AC would work. But we were told the entire hotel is a suite hotel and they cannot give us separate rooms due to some availability issue. We couldnโ€™t stay there any longer. We requested for an early check-out to which they agreed. The reception staff was more than helpful as they could see our plight. Having asked for a refund, we were first told it will not be possible. I tried to reason with them that we cannot pay for the days we are not staying, and ideally, we should be given a full refund due to the issues faced by us. Oh, and I forgot to mention the poor state the buffet-breakfast was in. The reception staff were understanding and helpful. They asked us to write a letter to them which they will submit to their team and process the refund. We agreed and gave them a letter (attached a copy) Another day went by and we missed our plans for that day too. The dreaded experience with Park Hotel Nusa Dua is far from complete! Post this, there was no communication from the hotel whatsoever. We started following up with them and till today, we havenโ€™t received our refund of even a single day!!! Is has been more than 90 days! Such was our experience with Park Hotel Nusa Dua

Very bad impression when going into the room first time. Shower not working. Wallpaper peeling off. Bed frames wood is splitting apart. Cockcoackes. Dirty brownish towel in the room. Dirty dust floor. Got better after a few calls to housekeeping to get all the things fixed. At least the staff is friendly and try to be helpful. Got better after a few days. But if you have other option I think you should go for it.

Nice hotel. Warm welcoming staff. Food is average. We booked the private pool villa which was amazing. The pool is big and good for swimming, not a plunge pool. The location is not great as there is nothing near in walking distance. Have to travel by private car, taxi or bike

Stayed here for 7 nights on a Scoopon Deal. Stayed in a 2 bedroom suite, room was massive, two bathrooms, kitchenette, long and dining spaces (looks also to have a laundry, but was an empty room) air con worked ok, kept rooms cool, but couldn't get them any colder. Room maintenance was ok, probably needs a spruce up. No hot water on last day, reception couldn't care less about this. First couple days days it felt like a weird movie as it appeared that we were the only guests in the hotel! Few people arrived later in the week, but not more than 20 people staying here. Rest of the hotel seems very old and tired, really needs a lot of work to bring it back, however don't think they'll ever have enough people staying here. Level 6 pool, has an awesome view of Nusa Dua, however only two sets of lounges, with only one umbrella to share. Hotel is on top of a hill and miles away from anywhere. You'll need a taxi to do anything outside hotel. Used Blue bird taxi app, always arrived within a couple minutes and only cost a few dollars to get anywhere. Big call out to Siddanah who works up in the restaurant. Friendly and personable fellow and really made our time at the hotel far more enjoyable, would've been ordinary otherwise.

Unless you are looking for a quiet and lonely experience in Bali, do not bother booking this hotel. I stayed at this hotel from 17-22 May and I have to say that there was never more than 10 guests that I saw even on weekends. I picked up this hotel on a cheap deal with and got the room for $360 for 3 pax so we simply grabbed the deal without much research. (Cmon, Park hotel groups and 4* surely can't be that bad) -Location: 1-2km off the main road, really inaccessible without a vehicle and no shops nearby. View is undeniably good from the rooms and pools though. -Value for money: Big, spacious rooms, however it is evident the hotel lacks maintenance as it is dirty at a lot of points. There is a large problem with hot water. I complained every other day that there is simply no hot water in the bathroom. Even after I ask for it you only get it for awhile. Not enough to fill a single bathtub. It's completely unacceptable for a 4* Hotel -Facilities: Shuttle/Transport: Good service, makes up for its inaccessible location. Breakfast: Morning breakfast at the rooftop, nice view and decent spread. Spa & Fitness Centre: both never opened. Do not believe the picture. Pools: 2 pools, nice rooftop pool, but never used the ground level pool as it was simply a ghost town. There was no one else in the pool. Services: Surpisingly affordable room service food and drinks. There's many other things I've noticed, the rooms next to me are in a run down shape, rooms opposite are clearly not even done with mattresses left on windows, cobwebs etc etc. If you thought what I've described is a old hotel, the reality is that it just opened 2015 Q1. I'm not one to judge what happened, but something clearly went wrong in the management here.

Really nice and affordable for a getaway in nusa dua. Clean, comfy, homey, relaxed, not too crowded. The breakfast is on the rooftop bar with infinity pool and wide view of the island. Would love to stay here again. Access to the hotel is rather uphill, matching with its reputation as a quiet getaway

All the staff are every talkative and helful, let the guest feel at home. It's the first time I feel cannot bear to leave since so many travel times. The hotel located at remote place but their staff gave me many good suggestions, feel more personalized service. There's a infinity pool on the top of restaurant as other hotels, hotel is big and beautiful.

Very friendly staff! Cleanliness ist ok! Unfortunately very few sunbeds at the two pools and no umbrellas at the rooftoppool! The breakfast was good! The hotel is hard to find and located in the middle of nowhere!
