🫤 I only stayed for one night. The staff was friendly. But when I arrived all windows in the room were open and the aircon turned off. I asked to turn it on which the staff did, but the room is not well isolated and quite big so not a lot of the aircon cold did actually reach my bed at night. Addition... DON’T GO TO BLIND DOG IN!!! The staff scams and lies to the guest’s. My experience was horrible and made me cry. I booked my private room with hostel world and had to do a down payment. When I arrived, they said that they didn’t had my reservation and place for me. I said that I wanted my money back, but they didn’t wanted to give me my money back. The host said that Hostelworld is not part of them and that someone else is trying to wel their rooms. After a few minutes she came back and showed me the reservation on her phone with my information. The fact that she showed me, meant that she was already lying. I said that I wanted to go to the normal hostel rooms and pay with the money I already spend on the down payment and then suddenly she could make some room. Someone was already staying in that room, but the guests were staying at the Nusu islands, so they wouldn’t get back for a few days. She charged me full price for a room that was already booked, so made dubbel the money. She kept pushing me to pay, before I even saw the room. Later I found out that she did the same with another person. She also wasn’t very helpful and gave me the wrong directions. The room was dirty, there were insects everywhere in the room. Aggressive dog in front of the place (not the blind dog, but another dog). He was barking and almost bit me. The aggressive dog and the blind dog keep barking at each other The next day at breakfast I orders food and then the lady scammed me. She doubled the prices even though I had prove on the menucard. You can see that the host is in the business only for the money and not because she is passionate about her work. That’s is why they keep trying to scam people and get more money.

Some friends regularly stayed here recently and I went here to meet them or just for hanging out. The staffs are super helpful and friendly, nice place, a gem in the middle of Sanur, close to the beach. Some surfer friends and diver friends never complained during their stays even they loved it. They also keep a beautiful friendly Bali vlind dog in the area. Stay here and meet amazing people from around the world also the amazing Bali dog!

I only stayed for one night. The staff was friendly. But when I arrived all windows in the room were open and the aircon turned off. I asked to turn it on which the staff did, but the room is not well isolated and quite big so not a lot of the aircon cold did actually reach my bed at night. Additionally, the light from the front yard shines into the room so it’s never dark. Also, there were bug s and bug eggs in my bed. The common area was dirty and not inviting. When I arrived around 12pm there were used dishes in the common area that were still there the next day. All in all: It looks like it once was a great place that is now not taken care of anymore :( I felt safe but not comfortable.

Just wonderful. The rooms were clean and the swimming pool and garden well taken care of. The dogs can get pretty loud during the night but apart from that, the place has a very relaxed atmosphere. Fairly close to the beach, although a little further from the main restaurants and shops. Renting a bike here is a good idea.

Great pool and lovely dogs. But very unhelpful, unfriendly and arrogant staff. Definitely wouldn't recommend going there unless you don't mind these kind of people.

We had a nice stay here in Sanur. Staff was very friendly. Swimming pool area and the outdoor bathroom were great. The sheetbed were stained and the bed did not have the mosquito net.

One of the best hostel stays i had, i originally booked just 1 night but ended up extending to 8 nights in total in the female 4 bedder dorm. Perfect if you want a quiet-ish hostel, though the location can be a touch secluded, i really enjoy the peacefulness and calmness away from the big streets, while still in walking distance to the beach. Room is clean and neat, toilet comes with hot showers too. The biggest win for me is the main common area with the beautiful lawn, pool and the company of the dogs (who will often appear when they smell your food). This place really made me feel like home, and i love that its rather spacious with multiple common areas, so that you can find a quiet spot when you feel like it. Would strongly recommend it if you're looking for tranquility!

Had a great stay! The girls are very sweet and welcoming, great breakfast fruit bowl with granola at very fair prices. Beautiful garden with pool. If you are a girl try to book the female only dorm as it's quite a bit nicer than the mixed room. Also I recommend bringing earplugs (like at any hostel) because the dogs bark quite a lot at night / morning but with plugs it's totally fine.

I was expecting to find quiet accommodation as it wasn't in any of the busy areas of Sanur. Instead, the noise from the planes as they took off from the nearby airport could easily be heard day and night. Then there was the early morning barking dogs as children went past on their way to the school, which was just over the back of the accommodation. A narrow ancient stairway led to the dormitory. The one outside bamboo handrail wobbled as there were missing upright supports. Very scary!! It wasn't exactly an indoor toilet as most of the rear wall was open to the outdoors with no mesh screen. Mosquitoes everywhere at night. Unfortunately, I shared with a sick person. If there were curtains around each bed flying germs would be less able to infect others. The bed was very narrow with an old mattress that wasn't comfortable. There were no kitchen facilities. There a was a sign stating the charge if you wanted a cup of boiled water. [There wasn't a kettle that you could boil water yourself.] Most unusual. The cost of the accommodation was very high in view of what was being offered. Positively the worst place I've paid to stay in throughout Europe, Asia, Australia and New Zealand.

Rooms super clean. Pool is lovely and refreshing after a day exploring. At sunset, it was amazing to float on my back and watch as the bats come out to hunt. Dogs are friendly and are a delight to play with. I was doing a dive course which meant I had to leave before the official start of breakfast at 8am. Staff were super accommodating and cooked breakfast for me earlier. Stayed in the female 4 bed. It’s right next to the water pump which is quite noisy at night so make sure you have ear plugs.

Best hostel ever! Such a chilled place, cool guests, a beautiful pool and the friendliest staff I've ever met (shoutouts and many thanks to Viviana and the manager, who makes the best smoothies in Sanur...)! Love this place, especially to surf!

It has a nice pool area but that's about it. They don't provide locks for the lockers so you have to bring your own , and half of them were broken . Showers and toilets are outside so mosquitoes kill you when you want to do your business. They don't give you access to drinking water 24/7 and one lady told me I have to pay to refill my water bottle. ( I didn't ) they don't provide towels , not even a hook to hang your towel in the shower. Alot of bugs in the room. Could've been bed bugs 🤷🏻‍♂️ not worth the price. I've payed half the price in Bali for a nicer hostel with a free breakfast. This place is cheap. I wouldn't go back.

Good for what you pay for but the shower was broken and would spray water everywhere when turned on, the beds were a bit wobbly when climbing up and down. You had to pay to have your water bottle refilled and there was no food on site other than breakfast. Beds were moderately comfortable and it was a short walk to the beach but you’d need to grab anywhere further. The food options nearby are very limited near by if you are vegetarian.
