Great dentist, friendly and affordable. We made an appointment for noon and they did not take us in until 12:30, but were very apologetic for the delay, and so nice it more than made up for it. The dentist speaks great English and easy to communicate with. The service for teeth cleaning was very thorough and much the same as you would get in the US. The price was very reasonable. For my wife and I it was 410K IDR including a one time registration fee. We were very happy with her and would certainly go back. The dentists name was drg. Dwi Rizka Agustin.

I have a feeling most of the reviews are fake. The place was not clean and the receptionist/nurse barely spoke English. This dentist didn't even have an x-ray machine when I went last week. The dentist was so substandard, that they couldn't identify a huge cavity. I went to BIMC Dental Nusa Dua and they showed me the picture of the thing - it was huge. I would avoid them.

My first experience wasn't what I'd hoped for as I booked an appointment with iDentist Sanur and the dentist never showed up. I decided to give them another chance as they offered me a voucher to apologize for my inconvenience. I went to their Renon office for a teeth cleaning and to repair a chipped tooth. Dr. Pradana was very professional and friendly. He did a great job on both counts. My husband and son also got their teeth cleaned at the Renon office with Dr. Denny and they said he did a great job too. I would recommend their services despite my first encounter.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Mira and her nurse at iDentist, and I couldn't be more grateful to find this clinic! I stopped by the dentist for the first time today for dental scaling and filling. It cost me a total of IDR 580K for both procedures in an hour treatment. Apparently, they are having a 50% promotion for dental scaling during this month — lucky me! Based on my experience, I must say iDentist has a professional service and a satisfying result with a reasonable price. If you're looking for a great dentist in Sanur area, I highly recommend iDentist.

Even if the dentist was really nice... I had a bad experience with this dentist, the prices was expensive (even with my kitas) comparing to the other dentist, the time was too long (2h), now my filling came out after only two months

I had a very poor experience unfortunately. I had fillings and cleaning/ whitening. All was poor quality. One filling came out in under 24 hours. I was upsold a "premium whitening " product which did not work at all. I hate to leave a bad review but i was very unhappy with everything. I gave them the opportunity to fix the problems but we could not find a resolution. Tourist prices but poor quality. Surgery floor around dental chair was filthy which is not a good sign. I wish had went off my first impression and left.

Suddenly while I was in Bali, I started to have pain and had to find a dentist right away. I was staying in Sanur and found nice reviews for iDentist, so I went! I was very well taken care of by Dr. Rizka, so I highly recommend them. Very professional and very friendly dentist and staff. Price very reasonable (especially compare to other countries such as Europe, US, Japan etc).

Hi all first visit great very happy had my teeth cleaned and one large filling repaired . Today had four minor fillings done. My dentist and assistant were very professional kind genteel and I think did a very good job. I am so happy. Regards Chris H

Had to go to this dentist in an emergency whilst on holiday. They were brilliant. The two girls sorted my abscess out and gave me antibiotics. Amazing service, and so cheap compared to what we pay in England. Thankyou again!!!!
