This resort is like a hidden gem in the south of Sanur. I stayed in a one bedroom very spacious Villa surrounded with trees, with a swimming pool, open air kitchen and open air bathroom with pebbles, stones, wood and plants creating a unique environment with inviting ambience and that felt much closer to the nature. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, sipping on a good wine, dipping in the pool surrounded with many plants and trees! Perfect holiday destination. They were super kind to send a wide-spread breakfast to the room which included almost everything I actually eat! I loved it.

Excellent value for money for the very large suites. Good pool area and bar as well as a restaurant. There is an adjoining Vietnamese restaurant that is very popular that is on the main road. WiFi is very good and stable. More suited for couples and the older crowd as not really for young teenagers as this is the quite side of town. Although not on the beach only about a 5 minute walk.

We have visited the spa for years. Sari and Wayan did not disappoint with this visit. My wife enjoyed a facial from Sari. Described as being lovely, relaxing and felt rejuvenated. There is no better masseur than Wayan. My wife likes a nice gentle massage while I like a remedial massage. Wayan has the knack of catering to both our needs. Very intuitive while working out the knots built up over the last three year since our last visit. Highly recommended.

This place is the best to stay in while in Sanur! The staff feels like family. The suite we stayed in was super comfortable and spacious. We requested a cot for our two year old and it was perfect for her. Housekeeping comes everyday to tidy up your room, which is great. No bugs at all. Cute geckos at night that keep to themselves outside the suites. Breakfast is tasty and many options to choose from. The pool is warm not cold so it is great for a long relaxing dip. There is a kiddy pool with warm water next to the adult pool. The spa is amazing! It is a bit pricey but worth your money. Near the beaches and restaurants. We will definitely consider this place for futures vacations.

Great feeling of having breakfast next to pool. And thanks for the decoration for our honeymoon. The only little thing are: 1. Loud music from the bar opposite can only stop till 12pm 2. The bed sheet is not very clean and mosquito is our suite. Overall relatively good stay

The suites are very outdated and need some love , the room is very dark and dingey . Has a bit of a weired smell in the bathroom, and there's mould growing in there too , but other than that, i can not fault the friendly staff and the pool area is great and well maintained .

We had an amazing stay at Sagara Villas; the 1 Bedroom Private Pool Villa was quiet, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The staff are polite and attentive, and nothing is too much trouble. The food was lovely with the options of dining alfresco at the Bar/Dining area around the pool or having meals delivered to your villa; they also have a bottled water dispenser in the kitchenette which saves on plastic waste. The very best part of our experience was the treatments we had at the onsite Day Spa. We had several massages and the Indulgence Package - Massage, Facial, and Reflexology Treatment..... absolutely the best massage I've ever had! My massage therapist Sari was so caring and professional, tailoring the treatments to accommodate my physical limitations... I wish she lived closer so I could have a weekly massage! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful property: This 82 metre square room is bigger than the 66 metre square 3-room bto flat. Jacuzzi didn’t work at night. Technician wasn’t in, waited till the next morning for it to be fixed. Luckily I had another night to have a chance at the jaccuzi. Padlock on the main door broke. Hotel did not have an extra lock. Staff responded politely to lock the inner door leading to the room and will purchase a new lock when shops open the next day. Breakfast: ala carte breakfast, ordinary food, bad coffee.

We arrived late at night to find the front desk staff asleep on the couch in the lobby. They were gracious and checked us in nicely, but we found that awkward. The hotel rooms are big but our bathroom had lots of ants and they provided a can of bug spray (raid) in the room so clearly it’s an ongoing problem. Our jacuzzi tub had issues and both times we tried to use it we had to ask someone to come fix it so it would work (and then only partially). We had several interactions with the front desk staff where we asked them a question and there was such a big misunderstanding because of the language barrier that we just gave up. The pool area is beautiful, but again, we had to ask them to spray the cabana for ants and then there were dead ants over the cushions. But for me, the biggest drawback was the live music across the street every night. They start at 8 and go until 11 or midnight, and it is so loud (even in the rooms) that I couldn’t sleep. We mentioned this to the front desk, who said they would speak to the bar, but there was no change. I definitely would not recommend staying here with young children with earlier bedtimes. Overall, the property is beautiful, but the hotel is poorly managed.

The staff of this resort is super friendly. But our villa lacked a lot of maintenance. Curtains were dirty and the rat in our garden was not something te be happy about. Breakfast is okay and the pool is good. Overall no value for money.

Everything was perfect here. They have spacious room, with comfortable ambience. Amenities very complete, they have good quality of towels and sheets. The hospitality of staff are great. The outdoors area itself was very nice. Ala carte breakfast but so delicious! If you looking for of dinner it will very easy too. This is very high recommended suite and villa. Devinetely satisfied! Thank you Sagara Suite & Villa.

We have stayed here at least a dozen times over the last 9 years. It has been our go to offer in Bali. Was previously Kamuela Villas. The new owners have retained many of the staff and their friendliness and smiles are as good as ever. We stayed in a 2 bed villa - cleanliness was excellent. They have done some renovations which I think are still ongoing. Location is the best in South Sanur. Close to beach, great restaurants, and bars. Pool was delightful - both the private villa pool and the resort pool. Food, service and facilities are brilliant. We can't wait to go back.

I liked my stay a lot. In the first night I had a pleasant surprise with a room upgrade and had a private villa with outside dining area and pool to myself. Afterwards I had a nice room with a whirlpool on the balcony. The pool and area around it is beautiful and well kept. Breakfast has a variety and is good. Good service and nice employees.

Amazing place to heal your body and soul. Escape from your busy and hectic live to get great vacation. Or suitable for staycation as well. Sound of bird singing in the morning while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea and little breeze of wind and sound of water in you private pool inside your villa is so refreshing. Oh ya there is outside pool which more bigger than private pool. Located in Cemara street The Sagara Villa and suite is nearby attaction in Sanur. The best part is Only 5 minutes to enjoy sun rise in sanur beach. VERY RECOMMENDED place for your staycation or vacation.....

The service and rooms were fantastic, however the air conditioning barely worked and was very loud which made sleeping difficult

Loved our stay here! Location was great, staff were so friendly and the breakfast was delicious. Outdoor pool was warm and loved the outdoor shower. Only downside was the AC barely worked, otherwise I'd give this 5 stars
