The staff here are always really friendly and welcoming. We went there every evening as the ice-cream is so good, my favourite is pistachio 😄 they have some seats outside that you can sit on while eating.

We live local, headed to this outlet for a late night snack. Paid IDR106,000 for two medium gelatos and it was more expensive than Australia. I was curious as to why Massimo Gelato has customers lined up, I now know why... check out the difference in serving size... sorry Gelato Secrets you need to look at your business model.

Great flavours and consistency. Some awesome oat milk options too!! Quite pricey (western prices) is my only concern.

Tried a taste of pistachio. Not bad. But it was pretty sweet for our taste. I wish there was less sugar

Friendly staff. Several dairy free options - we had the oat milk cappuccino and it was delicious. Small stand with outdoor seating in front of an awesome book store!

Delicious option when you just need a break from the heat. Also a good range of milk free options as well. Prices might be considered a little high by some but not terrible.

Nice place to go in hot day. It’s close to my hotel. Walkable and behind this lil store, there’s Artasedana Supermarket with vast range from groceries to souvenirs. This little store has small place for on-site sitting. We can pay with qris.

Amazing experience. My brother and I arrived a little late but the customers greeted us with a smile and an amazing choice of flavors. I’m an American and the sizes were quite interesting for a person like me. I had initially selected just brownie, but the server even at closing said,”that’s it?” So I got another flavor in peanut butter and loved them both. I just had a breakup with my Thai girlfriend and the ice cream quickly mended my melting broken heart and refroze it for the next taste.

Yummy Gelato with many different unique flavours to choose from! I got the ferrero flavour and it was delicious. Will come back to try their other flavours as they all look so good!

Gelato is tasty specially Durian but it is costly specially in comparison with Gusto and Massimo it is much more expensive

Never had ice cream here tho, but usually stop by for ATM and groceries. Easly found in the middle of Sanur area, enjoying ice cream while wastching vehicle come and go. 😆

Stop by to have some scoops of gelato or sorbetto. They have 20+ flavours. Decide which one you pick. They have many stores in tourist area in Bali, i.e. Sanur, Ubud, Seminyak, Canggu.

A little more expensive than most of other gelatos.. stars from 33k for small cup (2 flavours). But they have wonderfull ingredients. We bought 2 cups so we can have 4 different flavours. His: Coffee Toraja with Caramelized Hazelnut & Dark Choco from Sulawesi. Hers: Blueberry Lavender & Green Mint Leaves All of them were lovely. They also sell waffles with gelato tops, coffee, milk shakes, chocolate drink, and tea. Has 8 seats and 4 small tables in total.

Extraordinary, tasty and mouth-wateringly delicious gelato tucked away in Sanur! We walked past this lovely place on our way to the night market and was pleasantly surprised on how nice the gelato was! They must have over 35+ different flavours so you won’t be bored during your holiday or stay! The staff are incredibly nice, the only downside is that you have to queue for the gelato as there is always a queue for tourist and locals alike! Check it out!

Loved it! Will definitely return for more gelato. Wide selection of flavours, but what I like the most is that the gelato is not too sweet. I had pistachio & coffee with nut brittle, so good! One drawback is the place is small & outdoor, so your gelato is melting fast, you are racing against the temperature here.
