Terrible! I do not recommend. I bought a silver ring and the saleswoman said she could go up a size because she didn't have my size. I accepted, but when I wanted to exchange it for a higher value ring, they simply said they couldn't exchange it because of the increase. If the salesperson had spoken sooner, I would have chosen another ring.
