After
contacting
the
establishment
manager
the
day
after
the
request,
he
was
very
helpful
and
concerned
about
verifying
what
had
happened
and
it
was
found
that
there
was
a
failure
in
the
iFood
application,
which
did
not
compute
my
order
in
the
Brotinho
Mania
system.
Therefore,
the
manager
promptly
took
care
of
sending
me
a
new
medium-sized
pizza,
at
no
additional
cost,
due
to
the
inconvenience
of
the
day
of
the
request.
The
pizza
was
very
tasty,
quite
filling.
I
just
thought
the
cheddar
was
a
little
salty,
but
I
would
buy
from
there
again.
What
happened:
I
placed
an
order
via
iFood
which
was
confirmed
at
10:25
pm
and
the
expected
wait
was
45
minutes.
The
order
was
not
delivered
(it's
been
1
hour
and
30
minutes
since
I
ordered).
I
tried
to
contact
the
restaurant
numerous
times,
but
the
phone
was
only
busy
and
on
Google
it
appears
that
the
establishment
closed
its
business
hours
at
11:00
pm.
I
was
hungry
and
dissatisfied
(with
the
restaurant
and
with
iFood).
