I eat often at Sucão, but over the last few weeks the service has gone downhill. Waiting more than 30 minutes for just 1 juice, causing me to lose half of my lunch due to the disorganization of the employees, who get confused with the sequence of orders. Automatic service is more of a hindrance than a help, as they mix up orders and change orders. The girl who works at the register needs to stop working frequently to ask questions to the older employee. I'm just going to stop buying, since I can never have lunch with my juice, due to the delay. Note: I always order the juice first and then lunch, but they still can't make it.

On the internet it says it is open but at 10:20 it is closed and the attendant says it only opens at 11

The girls are always very attentive, from customer service to delivery of the product, congratulations ☺️
