specialist
couldn’t

my
images
for
one
week
until
he
found
out
that
both
of
my
name
and
date

birth
were
not
correct
on
the
images
and
the
date
of
birth
is
totally
wrong
in
date,
month
&
year.
Therefore,
the
specialist
couldn’t
accept
the
images
as
they
could
belong
to
someone
else.
So,
I
went
to
the
center
with
the
CD
and
they
said
sorry
and
would
correct
it
then
asked
me
to
return
next
day
to
receive
the
correct
one,
which
I
did
and
then
while
uploading
the
CD,
I
found
out
that
my
name
and
date
of
birth
are
not
correct.
So,
called
the
MSR
hotline
and
explained
the
problem.
They
said
they
would
call
me
back
but
they
didn’t.

went
again

and
they
apologized
again

asked

to
wait

انهم

يصححوا
الخطأ
وانهم
خدعوني.
وبالتالي
فان
المركز
لم
يكتف
بأنه
أخطأ
فقط
ولكن
استخدم
التضليل
والخداع
لثلاث
مرات
لمريض
سرطان.
تحدثت
بعد
ذلك
هاتفيا
وابلغتهم
بما
فعلوه
وطلبت
منهم
تصحيح
الامر
وتوصيل
القرص
المدمج
لي
في
المنزل
لانني
لن
اذهب
لهم
مرة
اخري
وانما
خروجي
سيكون
لقسم
الشرطة
وللنيابة
العامة.
فقالت
السيدة
التي
تم
تحويلي
لها
من
قبل
موظف
الاستقبال
انهم
لايوصلون
النتائج
الي
المنازل،
فابلغتها
ان
هذا
اقل
مايفعلوه
تعويضا
عن
أخطائهم
فقالت
انها
ستحدثني
مرة
اخري
ولكنها
لم
تفعل.
