    Unfortunately it seems that the staff specially at the front office is mot trained at all. During my visit I witnessed many conflicts and tensions with the public at the reception. Also there is no good system to call people to the frond office which make a mess at the reception! Not good experience at all.

    Great facility and well equipped but the staff is VERY reluctant and laid back as if they don't want to work! Receptionist ignoring me talking to her acting busy with her mobile!! Then waited for the scan although there is no queue to find out that the technician was downstairs eating (?) That is what I was told by the staff. How can one have a lunch break at 10 am? Parking outside the building is a nightmare.

    The reception staff are very rude and the Workers inside laboratories are unqualified and unsympathetic. And no one responsible there is available to complain or to improve this mess. What's the point of a well-known place when all the workers are so bad? I advise not to deal with this center.

    The x-ray are room is not sanitary. They let you throw away your stuff at any corner in the room. They don’t add paper on the bed before you lay down. I was so disgusted!!!!

I performed a chest abdomen & pelvis CT scan with contrast along with a Pulmonary Angiography CT on November 10, 2020. After 2 days, I uploaded the CD with the images I received from MRC at the Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) website so that my Amercian specialist can direct my scan to the JHH radiologists to compare with my previous scans. However, the specialist couldn’t locate my images for one week until he found out that both of my name and date of birth were not correct on the images and the date of birth is totally wrong in date, month & year. Therefore, the specialist couldn’t accept the images as they could belong to someone else. So, I went to the center with the CD and they said sorry and would correct it then asked me to return next day to receive the correct one, which I did and then while uploading the CD, I found out that my name and date of birth are not correct. So, called the MSR hotline and explained the problem. They said they would call me back but they didn’t. So, I went again with the CD and they apologized again and asked me to wait until they fix my name and date of birth and after two hours of waiting, they gave me the CD with confidence and assistance that it's with correct name and date of birth. Nevertheless, once I returned home and started uploading the CD, I found out that the same problem still exists. By the way, I recorded my last two phone calls with the center and I’m planning to take serious actions against this center. My name is Alaeddin Abboud. The Egypt Radiology Center experience was very bad. I had a CT scan of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis with a dye with a CT scan of the lungs on November 10, 2020. Two days later, I uploaded the photo CD, which I received from the Egypt Radiology Center, to the Johns Hopkins Hospital (JHH) website for uploading the images so that my doctor Therapist in America directed my examination to the radiologists at JHH for comparison with previous scans. However, the doctor was unable to locate my pics for a week until he discovered that my name and my birthday are incorrect in the photos and my birthday is completely wrong with the date, month and year. Therefore, photos cannot be accepted by a professional because they may be someone else's. So, I went to the center with the CD and they said sorry and they will correct the matter then they asked me to come back the next day to receive the CD, which I did and then while loading the CD, I found out that my name and birthdate are not correct. So, I called the hotline of the Egypt Radiology Center and explained the problem. They said they would call me but they didn't. So, I went again with the CD and explained what happened the two previous times, so the receptionist decided that the error would be corrected with the technician and the printing department and made me wait two full hours until he came with the new CD and said that the error was corrected on all the pictures on the disk, but after I returned home I found out for the third time that they had not corrected the error and had deceived me. Thus, the center not only made a mistake, but used deception and deception three times for a cancer patient.     They changed my child appointment prior we get there, they said the Anesthesia doctor will be late then when ww showed up at their place, they said the docror will not come and they have to schedule despite the fact that they know that my child was fasting all day for the MRI and Anesthesia

    Totally untrained , unprofessional and liars. We waited 1 hour and then they told us that the doctor left despite the fact that he was there and we entered only when we yelled at them. And even more we waited 2 hours after we entered to meet the doctor that was supposed to be not there.
