Its a complete showroom exclusively for max. Ground floor is men/women western wear and basement is kids and ladies ethnic wear. Billing is on ground floor and limited parking is also available. Guard does multi tasking of managing the gate and helping to park. Difference between max and exclusive showroom i find is , assortment. Some of max in malls, i have visited have assortment of higher range products only whereas exclusive ones, seem to have better assortment wrt price.

Price is average. Repeats the same old collections. Popular among university students. Cloths, accessories, footwears available for all sections. Ethnic and western available. Parking is free and can be seen from traffic. It's best during offers.

Disgusting experience at @maxfashionindia Kamla Nagar. Car was given to parking valet appointed by Max and the highly unprofessional driver mishandled the car resulting in damage of 3 cars. On seeking for the compensation of damage, no support provided by team at Max. Creating nuisance in the name of parking support provided at Shopping centre. That's how they value there customers!

I don't like the collection a lot for the coming season. The service was not bad but i was concerned about the staff as some of them were not following covid protocols. My friend purchased a kurti and 2 sweatshirts for her for winters and in men section there was very limited collection available.

Max has been our go to store for clothes, whether for formal events or casual ones. They have a lot of products on sale. Currently there is no sale or offers going on, those usually happen during July. Prices are decent but in now way inexpensive. Chinos start at about 1000, you can make out the pricing with that. It's visible right from the road. There is space for parking but not too much. You might have to park on the footpath. Went again today (28 Sep 23). We bought a top for the wife. The range was enough and we spent an hour going through the stock. They really should add more shoes in their stock.

Though you will get great variety of clothes at cheaper price , but another person wearing the same cloth is really high . You can see alot of people wearing same clothes from Max . If thats not the problem great place to get good fabric clothes at cheap price

Service is amazing and the collection is awesome but too many crowds at the counter where there’s no etiquette of standing in queue .People cut line while other are standing from no where.I find this needs to be fixed and control by the employees.This is why I waste 30 min at the counter and left without buying what I want.It’s disappointing and very annoying.

Max is really good, Staff is really helpful and friendly, cloths are of really good quality they are reasonably priced and they keep some other branded clothes too so there is a lot of variety

Overall it's a good place to shop. Good clothes collection specially for college students I guess. Although a few bill counters are always closed. So you have to stand in a queue and wait for your chance. It would be a lot cool if all counters worked.

Not spacious at all, they should have two sections for men's trial (each with 3-4 rooms) so in peak hours it is easy for customers. They can digitalise their store in more better way rather customers standing in payment line and waiting for 15-20 mins. They should step up with more good user experience rather squeezing everything in available space.

Not good at all. Very few varieties and also the clothes were defected. ( Torn out sleeves) Everything was arranged so randomly you can't find anything. I went and was totally disappointed. Random local shops are better than this
