Queues are crowded, sick children wait for 3-4 hours to get a medical examination. Shame on the Health Center, shame on the Ministry of Health of the canton, and ZZO KS with the Government of KS to ask themselves and finally do something for our children.

The worst health care institution!! The staff is unprofessional, they diagnose half of the diagnoses incorrectly, and they are also extremely rude. Elderly patients are especially treated like cattle! You can't get an appointment for months, even with a "CITO" referral, and you have to wait for months for urgently performed findings. The answer is "they work with minimal staff"... The Department of Radiology and Gynecology is especially rude and unprofessional!

Why do you not answer phone calls, but whenever I come to the reception, you are sitting next to those phones, playing with your own personal smartphones? Do not forget that Healthcare exists because of tax payers, not the other way around.

Returning a 4-month-old baby with a temperature, because it is not urgent according to their judgment (the child had an inflammation of both middle ears) is something that is unthinkable.
