Although located in the heart of the city it still has a lot of privacy and charm giving You feeling of authentic, Italian, small town restaurant. The atmosphere is very intimate, the staff is polite and professional and the food is delicious. Prices are affordable.

Kind waiters, pleasant ambient. Good domestic wine. While ago we had parmigiana that was terrible, seemed to be precooked and wormed up, not tasty at all. We gave it another chance with salmon salad and pesto shrimp risotto that was served so smelly and made us feel sick. Woman was trying still to push us to eat amid 3 of us could feel bed rotten smell, which was even more weird. Happy we didn’t get sick.

I was a regular guest and my former review was allways 5 stars. I have celebrated birthdays and anniversaries there. Today staff was terrible (new faces for me), as we were waiting to check if there were available seats in the patio (we did not have a reservation) , few people arrived and I heard them telling the host that they do not have a reservation neither. Luckily for them they were friends with a host, so they gave them the last avaliable seat that we were standing and waiting for already. When I asked how it is possible, they said to me that they have a reservation, I was standing next to you and heard the whole conversation with a host. Very impolite attitude, and we were very disappointed in our normaly favourite place.

It was such a cheap restaurant, but still high quality food! I can only recomand you their risottos! Also, the wine was quite surprising, in a good way! Will definitely come back

I've lived in Sarajevo for many years, and I've eaten at Nostra Cucina many times. Simply dishes like pizza are consistenly well-prepared, and the pastas, lasagna, and steaks are excellent. Expect more-or-less standard Italian fare with some surprises like orada pasta, a truly great dish. The waiters are generally very good, though service can be slow when they're packed with guests. The ambiance is great, and this is a great place for a date or casual dinner with friends.

Most amazing restaurant of Italian kitchen in Sarajevo. I had Pasta de la chef which was amazing. I can easily tell that chef loves his work and loves cooking his food. All best recommendations for this restaurant. I am coming back to this place again!

Nice place with a lovely cuisine. I took a steak with truffles and it was a great choice. The service is good. But what can I say is that white house wine is definitely better than the red wine.

We had steaks and they were very good, properly medium as we asked and drowned in a very good sauce. The local white wine is good, but red wine is just acid juice, I didn't like it at all. It's allowed to smoke inside, which isn't good, but it is how it is in Sarajevo, most places allow smoking inside. The service wasn't anything exceptional, yet I don't want to retract stars for it - that is not how this works. The waitress did her job very well, attentive and casual.

Was expecting better based on previous reviews (eg, food, wine). The meat lasagna was hot, filling and had substantial cheese, but it lacked good flavour 😑.... too much salt also. The wine was tepid. However, I only had that one meal. The service was very good. Pleasant atmosphere, good location. Take credit cards, always a plus in Sarajevo.

Amazing food and service. Great ambiance for a romantic dinner. They have some vegetarian options as well. The only thing I didn't like is that they don't serve Bosnian mineral/sparkling water, which is just sad given the quality of it. Hopefully they'll include it in the offer.

Told us all tables reserved, but if we really wanted something we could sit in the really hot area upstairs. We did. No one sat at any of the "reserved" all night. We suspect they judged us by our clothes not realizing North Americans do dress not as if it were still 2001, (i.e. how wealthy people dress here). We typically get lots of drinks and desert and tip 20%. Was a great meal though! Best in Sarajevo. Kudos to the chef!

Favorite restaurant in Sarajevo, and I’m a local. Good atmosphere and service, great location. I tried almost everything on the menu since I’ve been a customer for long time. You can’t miss going with any of the pastas and pizzas, and sandwiches are my favorite breakfast in town. Prices are reasonable for the location and quality and size of the portion. Waitor Nermin is the best :)

It was a great experience, the quality, quantity and service were excellent when you compare with any other restaurants in Sarajevo. We pay less than what we pay in McDonalds. It is in the hideout heart of the city. I think it is the best Italian restaurant in Sarajevo. Tomate soup is the best soup I have ever had here.

Lovely italian restaurant with great selection of meals. Staff was very friendly especially Vesna. Prices are more than afforadble.

The food was delicious & expensive. Unless you like cigarettes you may want to avoid this place: if only one person smokes a cigarette it becomes too stuffy and hard to breathe = headache guaranteed for non-smokers. The place is often crowded due to a very short distance between tables ..

A restaurant that had good food over night turned into a really bad food restaurant. I donno what happened to them but its a pity because I liked going there.

After being a regular customer for years, and recommending the place to others, I will certainly not be visiting the place anymore. Last night we had a dinner for three, and in the menu sparkling water was 4 BAM, but they charged it 6 BAM without any warning. When confronted, the owner mumbled something about “the prices changing so fast.” Some of the prices on the menu were corrected with a pen, I presume it was easy to correct this one as well. We were not offered not to pay the incorrect price, and even when we mentioned it was illegal, they just shrugged. I am truly disappointed in this restaurant. Please be careful of what you pay, in this and other restaurants in Sarajevo.

Definitely the best Italian food I've had in Sarajevo. The flavor, portion size, value for the money, the atmosphere, everything was a 10/10. Only disappointed that I didn't discover this gem sooner.

We were here every time we visited Sarajevo. Everyone from the staff was helpful, the meal is tasty, perfectly prepared and all of this for a very good price. We will come back, that's sure!
