We stayed two nights. The hotel is close to the center by walking distance, and also has a private parking garage which is very important if you come by car! The staff is very friendly and helpful! They even upgraded our room, and the room was clean. The breakfast is rich. We will prefer this hotel again when we visit sarajevo. Thanks a lot.

Staff were not so kind Great big bed, big room, comfortable toilete, fabulous breakfast (fresh lime, lemon and orange juices, gluten-free bread, various bisquits, cakes, baklava etc.)

Excellent hotel near the city center. Free parking is available. Our room had a good bed and a excellent shower. The free wifi is very good. The breakfast buffet is excellent. The staff is very helpful and polite.

Very nice hotel for a few days' visit to Sarajevo. In walking distance of the city centre and with a free private parking space. The hotel looks modern and is interestingly decorated with photos of the city. Nice room with comfortable bed, great shower and complimentary water and chocolates. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is varied. Take note however that the airco is preset on 21-22 °C. On the street side the traffic noise is quite pronounced. When you open the windows, the noise becomes unbearable even with earplugs. Add to that the evening booming music and flashing light of some party and the smells of frying greasy food wafting in, making a room on the street side really NOT preferable.

The rooms here exceed every expectation! Spacious, modern, clean and super comfortable furniture. Staff were on top of everything and anticipated every need. Breakfast was the highest quality in Eastern Europe with such fresh variety. I Distance to heart of city was 15-minute walk. wish we could have stayed longer.

I stayed in this place for about 3 days, and I was fine with this visit. Rooms are good, clean and comfy. Breakfast are tasty with great variety of food. The only one thing I do not recommend is airport shuttle. When I was leaving the hotel, they charged me for transfer, even it has been already paid by my employer. After that they told agency that I insisted to pay, which wasn't true. I believe blaming customers for your mistakes is wrong and very unprofessional.

This was one of the most pleasant hotel experience I have had. From the first moment on, we felt a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff goes out of their way to accommodate the needs of the guests. The rooms are modern, with small details that you do not get everywhere (sweets, water, water wipes, etc.). The bed is extremely comfortable and extra large. The breakfast is out of this world. The variety of food offered was amazing. I have stayed in various hotels, but the food we had here was absolutely delicious.

The hotel is very clean, with everything you need inside for short - or long-term stay. Quite place clean and well equipped bathroom, you have a bath with aromatic terapy ingredients . Included breakfast was one of the best we ever have. There's a variety of traditional food and excellent choices for all your needs. There's a machine for fresh orange juice and machines with three types of coffee. Very good place , must visit.

Unique and modern hotel not far from the city centre. Rooms are large and comfortable and decorated with images from Sarajevo. Breakfast is superb with a wide range of choices. I would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arose.

One of the best hotels I have ever been, the rooms are really big and the staff was very proffesional and nice. The breakfast was in one word “wow” great food with huge diversity. I am definetly recommending the hotel if you ever go to Sarajevo.

Hotel is in a great location. It’s also non smoking hotel which is hard to find in Sarajevo. Breakfast is awesome. Bed is not comfortable at all. They probably need to place better quality mattress.
