They lied to us about having an AC in every room.Didn't have a water cooker in every room or the shampoos in any room. They owner was very disrespectful and when we asked for an extra towel we didn't get it. overal a horrible experience and would definitely not recommend.

Spent 3 nights at this hotel. The staff was so sweet, helping with everything I needed after I arrived. They also spent their time asking about what I experienced in the city during the day. Thanks for the stay.

Beautiful family hotel in center of Sarajevo. Amazing breakfast, extremely friendly and polite staff. We had a great time and we will definitely come back again!

We had a good experience in this hotel. Small but cosy. Very clean, the breakfast was good as well as the service. The stuff was very helpful and welcoming! It has a great location, three minutes walking distance from Baščaršija. I recommend it to everyone.

The location of the Hotel is perfect, just in the middle between the old and the new part of the town. However the best thing at this hotel is the staff, they really do everything to make you welcome and help you whenever you have a question! The breakfast table is smal but still has everything you could need with both cold and warm dishes

Perfect location close to the city centre with walking distance. Lobby was super fresh and the rooms were very well newly renovated. AC was available in the double room which also includes a sofa and chairs. Sadly the single room didn’t have AC which made the room very hot.

Great hotel. Looks like a dump from the outside, but really nice inside. Staff are good, rooms are spacious and tidy with good decor. Location is great and service is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Very nice and peaceful hotel. We did not book in advance but the lady there was very nice and accommodating. The price was reasonable too.
