We are very seasoned travellers. This is not a 4- star hotel at all. Doesn’t even deserve a star‼️‼️ No refrigerator, no kettle, no chair, towels had stains, lift did not work well, carpet dirty; there were even insects in the room upon opening the door. Reception staff was very rude. Even telling us how to use the bathroom!!! Noted guests from other groups did not get the same treatment ☹️☹️

We travel from Turkey and stayed in this hotel during our balkans tour.For me everything was enough. Clean, quite and simple.Staff was help full special thanks to front desk staff Mr.Sasha.5 star.He was very helpfull and honest

No refrigerator, no air conditioner (it exists but you can't adjust it), the room is freezing, no hot water, no slipper. Everything here is for you to get cold.

Poor performance for a 4 star accommodation. Arrived on tour. Was evident that things weren't up to scratch. The rooms were old and simple. No bed lamps. Tissue holder with no tissues. Hand soap was empty. Carpets felt old and grotty. Breakfast was OK. However the cheese I had was moldy. Internet was extremely unreliable. Phoned down to notify after guessing the number to call as there were no instructions. Minibar in room was near empty with a few drinks thrown in with no price list. Hall ways smelt odd.

1. It does not deserve to be four stars, but three or less 2. They don't care about maintenance in the rooms 3. There is no fridge or iron available in the room 4. No one is interested in helping you carry bags 5. Some of the staff are rude and don't care about customers 6. The bathroom has malfunctions that they do not care about maintaining 7. The breakfast is simple and has no variety 8. Room cleaning is very poor 9. Some of the sheets had holes or were not ironed 10. There are better rooms and they give you worse 11. There is air conditioning, but it does not work 12. There is no water boiler and no fridge 13. It is impossible to find a complete room in all respects 14. It may be good for a single person for a short period, but it is not suitable for married couples or families

One of the best Hotel in Sarajevo. Only a little bit far from center.

Alright food, rooms were clean enough. Fine overall, nothing special.

Staff at the front desk were rude.The bathroom had a bad smell and the towels had stains on them.Overall it wasn’t a clean hotel.The breakfast was okay.

The rooms were really clean, the staff were also very welcoming and friendly. The only thing that's not so good is that the hotel is 15km from Sarajevo and there is nothing within walking distance.

Mr Rıfat is my favourite personal at the hotel but all of them are awesome. Thank you so much for satisfied services. Hope to see you soon ☺️

Food is perfect. Staff is friendly, polite, welcoming, warm, smiling always, nothing is hard for them. I HAVE NO BAD WORDS FOR THIS HOTEL. Special thanks for the manager and the owner who hosted a group of 140 people and managed to do everything on the time. Patient, polite, normal people. Every next time I will be staying here. The distance is not a Problem at all, taxi or public transport or they can transport you with hotel car. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

The friendliest hotel I have ever stayed in. The accommodation is very good as is the food. The hotel is spotless, the staff are helpful the only drawback is that it is situated at fair way out of town so taxis needed every day.

Thats wasnt bad but its not enough for 4 stars.
