The hotel is very far from the city centre. Also I had a bad situation. The wifi disconnected, I asked the receptionist, she said she couldn't do anything about it. I've never had such situation before and I had an important call. I highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The hotel in the past was good, but now it has changed for the worse, and I do not advise anyone to stay in it. The reception manager is a girl with blond hair. She treated the guests in a very racist and unresponsive manner. The quality of their breakfast is very bad, and their health club is not working, I don't know How were they allowed to continue working? Think a million times before deciding to book them.

Far away from the service, rooms were not ready when arrived at 9 pm. No hair dryer in the room, one of the pillows was not clean

It's very clean and nice hotel and good location and nice breakfast and nice staff it's very helpful we enjoyed alot keep it up thank you guys for the treatment

We rate it poor because we have to wait to enter in the room longer than it is promissed, we were too tyred of trip and instead of 14 we enter at 15. Besides that room was wet of cleaning, and toalet was more wet than other parts of room and when it become dry it seems to be dirty. We found chair on the desk. And finally there were no one towels in the room and after several urging at reception we did not get towels. Crazy ... tomorow we have to go to breakfast ... hoping that at lest it will be fair ...

Bar closed in 22.50 and i cant find any drinkable water. WATER !!!

Modern hotel built in 2014. Very clean. Located in suburbs of Nedzarici close to the airport and public tram which can take you to the city center. Plenty secure parking. Very kind staff that goes out of their way to make your stay pleasant. Highly recommend.

Ratio between quality and price is very good. Rooms are on the smaller side but very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is just OK, eggs were cold and uncovered. Location of the hotel is close to the airport but few kilometers from the center. Very affordable.

Disgusting place with very rude people working there. I have never seen such a discrimination by service people, they deserve not to be giving any service with this mentality. Waste of time.

The hotel is worth it's price. We asked for the early check-in and the receptionist was very kind and allowed us to come in. Room was clean, always had hot water for showering, and the breakfast was pretty tasty. Enjoyable staying.

It was an average hotel, nothing special. It was okay for few days. At breakfast the coffee machine broke one day and they didn’t fix it for the rest of our stay there nor did they offer an alternative. They could simply make the coffee and put it in a bowl, but no they were too lazy to do anything about it.

Everything is terrible. The rooms are dirty, the staff don't speak any English or German or french. Only Bosnian. The bath is dirty. No clean sheets or towels. The breakfast is terrible. Don't stay at this hotel.

Very weak internet (room was near of router still). Warm (not hot) bath and problematic escalator between floors that we wait 10 minute for leaving the hotel. Brrakfeast was very amateur with one type cheese, bad omelette. Some foods were not fresh such as burek. It needs to be developed urgently.

We stayed there for 3 nights and throughout the stay one of the elevators was broken and finally on the day of our check out, the other one was out too. So we had to carry our heavy luggeges from the 5th floor all the way to the reception. Breakfast was mediocre, the overall hygiene was ok. The staff couldn’t speak much English. The bathroom was old and worn out. Almost everything in it was broken, such as shower blinds, toilet paper holder and the mirror.

Spider web inside the room, broken door handle, humid rooms, one lift working only, Good warm shower. Central place for grocery, bakery, coffee shops.

You are the worst hotel we have stayed at. Even the elevator doesn't work. 

I was here just for a coffee, it was a bad coffee and bad service. It was so cold also.
