had a very unpleasant experience with this hostel. After checking in with the manager, who spoke almost no English we left our identity documents for what was advertised to be 10 euro beds in the dorm. on return later that night the same person demanded that we pay 40 euro. on refusal they withheld our Identity documents and made us walk through the rain to their home, where they bargained that we pay regardless of our stay, if we where to get our documents back! the situation was very hostile with men watching and standing all around us in a dark alley. after a very scary number of minutes they gave up on getting money from us, and gave back the documents. I would say this is a typical scam they play, and am very thankful that we escaped from this without being harmed. please be aware and share similar experiences if this has happened to you!

I have never been in that hostel but i felt so bad for the old lady after watching the video of PPPeter. He should be ashamed of accusing her of these crazy things just to get views. The lady is trying her best to run a hostel and she seems so sweet and caring. Keep up the good work! Pozdrav iz Austrije

I've never been here or stayed here, I came from PPPeter's Video, There's nothing wrong upon checking your room by the owner or staffs, At first, It's also done in hotels and motels, I really felt bad and sad for the old sweet and kind women as Peter told her about the reviews about her hostel. When she said "My arms hurts" then sat down, My heart melts, I know that Her hands is not the only thing that hurts the most, but also her heart 😔. My Heart starts to melt as Peter demands for a Private room then the old lady changes their room. I really really felt bad for that women, I don't care if someone is against by this comment, But I'm really sad for that women.

I haven't stayed here, but I came from the PPPeter YouTube video. The hotel is very economic, it's an old lady's place. She's just trying to survive as pensions are not good. She checked to see if her guest's stuff were still there and put a light on as a deterrent. She guards the hotel door. It's possible that the other people stole the objects. Or the lady, but I don't think so. No luxuries, Very basic and cheap, but its a bed for the night.

Never been there, I came from the PPPeter YouTube video. There are lot of comments that the owner (a 60/70 year old lady) is stealing from tourists. It is possible that other tourists stole, not her. She seems very nice and I think that she has a good heart. The hostel is a bit old and rundown (there is only one shower and you can’t close the door with a key) but since the Lady’s pension is not very high and the hostel’s price is cheap, it is possible that the lady can’t renovate it because she’s not very rich. The hostel is in a good location and there is a nice view from the window. Don’t be expecting a 5 star hotel please. The lady is trying her best.

I am came from pppeter 's video...Probably good place to stay some time..and the lady Here obsolutely take care of our goods and some tourists reports that their things to be stolen..i think its hostel maybe those things stolen by other tourists or people stayed in there..but obviously not that lady...she didn't stolen anything from pppeter as well IDK why he doing thing like that in that video...in anyway it's hostel you need to take care of your things..and that room is worth for that money..tc

Very old place and dirty and creepy. Not fit to be called a hostel. No hot water, no heating, no toilet paper, but the woman s attitude was the worst part of the experience. She took us as hostage locked the front door and withheld our passports after we paid for the first night and explained that the ad s pictures were misleading. She wanted us to stay the three nights booked but we could not stay there due to the conditions and she didn’t care that we had children with us. I don’t recommend this place as I don’t want anyone to go through what we went through.

The owner is lovely and kind. She doesn't speak much English but be patient and don't hesitate to use Google translate with her. The hostel itself needs a bit of a renovation but it does not overcharge for what it offers.

Never been there, came from the PPPeter vid. The lady is soooo genuine and kind and if you wanna complain about her stealing we’ll get proof that she’s stealing first.

Very caring lady. The place is as good as the price. So don't expect anything more. Nice view and good area. Worth going there if its a big group

Very sweet lady. She tries her best to accommodate you. It is a hostel, so don't expect much and she doesn't speak English so keep that in mind. I wish I can help her so she doesn't have to work and live like that.

The lady is very sweet and helping. I coudn't havw found a better place to stay. One suggestion is that please take your valuable items with you because there might be other people in the hostel with ill intentions. Regardless, there's very less possibilities of that happening. Definitely 5 stars

Not that good, but cheap and the staff / the lady was very nice . Many bad reviews because it is one review in many different languages. It may not be true or maybe the stuff gets stolen by other guests but not by the owner. This Hostel deserves maybe only 4/5 stars, but because there are many bad reviews which should be only 1 review I give this hostel 5/5 stars

The place lacks a little bit of privacy, but it's understandable as it's a hostel, not a hotel. The lady is very nice caring and always makes sure that her clients are comfortable and safe.

The Lady was so kind and genuine. She was so helpful. She treated all her customers like her own grandson/granddaughter. Her customer service was perfectly amazing and authentic. 6star out of 5 star but if you check in to any hotels just don't leave any valuables if they don't have the security vault which is usually available in expensive hotels. Perfect score to this affordable hostel and to the customer service of the Lady. 😎

Never been there, but from PPPeter's video, I just needed to help our. The old lady is just trying to make money when it is hard to make, and she looks out for her customers. She does her best to make sure people do not steal, and she tries her best to serve people staying in a room.

The old lady is like my grand mother. She is very caring for everyone.

Its really good place for that money, and if you get hostel you should know that is group room
