The cooling is bad, but everything else is spectacular! I got nice leather business shoes for only 70 USD, almost every shop is my style so that’s great for me, it has many bag shops so if you need a suitcase I recommend go here. If you need fashionable clothes go here. If you want to just grab a bite to eat go here there’s a nice food court. 5/5 I really like it

Great mall with a variety of stores, restaurants, kids' playgrounds, and garage parking. It does not sell alcohol though, so don't expect to have a beer or similar with lunch. It is great that the smoking is not present inside.

Good mall but the food court is small. Anyway you can spend two to 3 hours in it.

This is a very nice mall. This is a nice mall with all kinds of stores. We bought our kids shoes and clothes and also my wife got her some shoes as well. When we go back to Sarajevo we will be going again.

Be aware that you have to pay for a garage even if you don't park there but just pass through the gate. If you enter the garage - you will pay

I've only visited for the grocery store. Conveniently located, good selection, and there seems to be a garage for parking in the back.

Wir haben dort geparkt um die Stadt zu erkunden, soweit sicher gewesen, das Auto war heile, es wird Video überwacht. Parkkosten belaufen sich auf 3 KM also 1,50 pro Std, also sehr günstig. Am Automaten ist keine Kartenzahlung möglich, nur beim Wächter in der Ebene -1. Das Parkhaus hat mehrere Ebenen und man findet immer einen Platz für einen PKW. Für was größeres eventuell etwas eng, wobei viele SUVs haben dort trotzdem geparkt.

Good place, lots of shops, the food court has nice choices and the most important thing there is no smoking in the food court , there is big prayer room as well , nice to sit and eat without people smoke everywhere

Parking entrance bar to find. Not enough boards. Food corner not marked well at the envelope. We did not know where to find it. Manny shops. In the -1 nice shops for kids.

Years ago it was a realy nice place. Now it is just a parking place when I need to do something downtown.

Aria (ex BBI) center is a shopping mall with great choices to kill your time in Sarajevo. Clothes, snacks, drinks, technology everything is here. Clean bathrooms and polite staff

smoking inside is ok, and it's everywhere. Very annoying specially for people who have allergies.

Shopping centre in the city! Many small shops in there! I like it because it is nearest to my place of living!

By far the nicest shopping center I've been in. Many brands, Many shops, and good food!

It is not fancy one but very practical . And location is wonderful, It is In front park and not far from old city . It is surrounded shopping area. And it has many good stores in this department store. I loved shopping there.

bbi Security should apologize for the mistake. Because there is no problem, there is not much to do, so they are stalking and monitoring me, but the security is actually doing illegal things to me.

BBI Center Sarajevo is honestly one of the worse shopping malls that I visited. Don't get me wrong, it is very big and there are a lot of shops here with a diverse selection of products and goods, but the layout of the mall can be confusing or claustrophobic at times. There is also a lack of restrooms on some of the floors, and the restrooms that are there are incredibly dirty and seemingly aren't cleaned despite the "hygienic" toilets. But most importantly, it seems like everything is significantly more expensive here than anywhere else in the city. I don't know if it's due to the mall or down to the shops themselves, but you will run out of money very quickly here.

Experience shopping was great until it was time to leave parking was paid for at the ticket machine. While stopped at the ramp we scanned the ticked and threw it away as usually you have to wait 3/5secs after 10 seconds passed the ramp didn't go up. We had to leave our car at the ramp (mind you the traffic was backing up) to check with the parking security when we tried to explain and even showed the recipe after that he decided to act dumb and literally turned away. Such an unprofessional acting hope this can be resolved.

Wide variety of stores, pleasant shopping with airconditioning.

Not a very exciting mall apart from the large New Yorker. It's a strange shape and doesn't have very interesting shops.

In some places of the center it feels rather claustrophobic, but it's one of the best decorated centers in Sarajevo. A lot of things to buy, though maybe not catering to the younger generations as much. Worth checking out.

BSC print shop first underground floor right next to Konzum. A true hidden gem with low prices and good quality prints. I will come back to visit it again.

For me nothing so special honestly its a very modern place, they have masjid and everything but i feel like scc and alta are way better. Its "small" mall.

Good mall with a large selection of shops. Many clothing stores, jewelry shops, with large amount of tech stores. The food is mediocre at best, food shops have lower quality food.

The shopping centre and the WiFi are overall quite exceptional, the name however, it’s rather absurd. Bring it back to either BBI or Sarajka the way it used to be. The name change was not at all predictable, at least on my behalf and I think most people would agree with me on this one.

Modern and usefull mall. U will find different types of clothes stores, grocery, cosmetic, domestic stuff, beauty salon. Everything is in one place.

Enjoyable place, a lot of stuff to experience. Anything you need, you can get in this shopping mall. Prices are good. You can buy delicious sandwiches for cheap price if you're hungry right to the right as you enter the Center, in the caffee/food bar.

Well designed mall, awarded as one of the best small malls in Europe, with a good range of brands and a great food court, including a supermarket and great underground parking.

Terrible experience regarding the procedure of paying for the parking. You are bombarded with the free parking for 2 hours if you spend over 50 KM in stores. However once you actually want to use the receipt to get those 2 hours there is no one on the info pult or the reception. Apsolute discrace.

Waiter was rude and refused to serve me when i called him. The potatoes were raw( i ordered chicken file) and when i wanted to complain and call him he refused and avoided me, i have been a waiter for three years before i became a chef, this is not how you threat your guests. Please fire him.
