I recently visited the Sarajevo Shopping Center and I was thoroughly impressed with the experience. The center is modern, spacious, and has a great selection of shops to choose from. Whether you're looking for clothing, electronics, or something unique and local, you'll find it here. The center is well-maintained and clean, making for a pleasant shopping experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I appreciate the efforts they take to keep the center running smoothly. One of the highlights for me was the food court, which offers a variety of options to suit all tastes. From fast food to sit-down restaurants, there's something for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend the Sarajevo Shopping Center for anyone looking for a great shopping experience in Sarajevo. It's convenient, well-stocked, and the staff are top-notch. I'll definitely be visiting again!

Nice center with shops restaurants and play area , prayer room

A very nice center if you want to make shopping, complete with a parking lot at the price of 1km per hour right below the centre. Four full floors composed by things to dress on, perfumes, denim, but also homemade soaps, arcade games, kids area and that it. Only fast food as option to eat. What is disappointing is that you mostly save nothing if you come from the EU. Prices are mostly the same and I could not see any benefit from buying in Bosnia Herzegovina..

Great shopping center with various shops. Here you can find jewelry stores, clothing stores (e.g. Zara, Boss, Bogner, and others), corsetry stores, household goods and so on. There are also plenty of options for eating. Here you can eat Japanese, Italian, Asian, Arabic and Bosnian. I get really, really weak when it comes to cake choices. Such a large and great selection. :-))

Best location, staff is best of all hotels.. rooms good, lobby perfect. Yes much smaller than usual Swissotel but it's in same building where the main Shopping center is. Great, love it!

Very big mall in Sarajevo, with lots of shopping but the food court is very dirty, and the bathrooms aren't useable!!! Dirtiest bathrooms I've ever seen and I've done my share of traveling. The mall is on the bus line and has a good paid garage.

Very big shopping center with a lots of things to offer from clothes to electronics. Also you can choose from various restaurants to eat. There is very big playroom for children that looks awesome.

Great place for shopping 🛒 Spent many hours buying necessary things and in the end went to food court to have nice and delicious food from the various restaurants. You can also have some licking-fingers awesome deserts and grab coffee or tea. If you have smaller kids, during the shopping, you can leave them in spacious playground under the supervision of really nice ladies that work there.

It was interesting visiting malls in Sarajevo as an American. Malls see traffic throughout the week here, and are packed during the weekends. Plenty to see and buy, great selection of stores.

I was in *awe* when I walked into this mall! It's four floors of sheer shopping and eating heaven; just don't try to mail anything to the USA from the post office. I needed a stamp to mail a friend a birthday card and the postal worker looked at it like she'd never seen an envelope. She then proceeded to turn it over and rip it open! She kept saying "Zip Code," all the while I was physically *showing* her where I had written it. I was so shocked I could hardly move and I know my mouth was wide open in horror! She then taped it back up and held my card up to the glass to show me. Then she held up a piece of paper that said 7.50 BAM, which I paid. *Then* she printed out some sort of "stamp" that looked like some sort of . . . all I know is that it didn't look like any kind of postal stamp I've ever seen in my life. I hope my friend gets his birthday card! One of these days; my fingers are crossed! Additionally, I bought some allergy tablets at a pharmacy. There is also a wonderful book shop with journals, writing tools, etc. called Book It, I think. I threw my receipt away. If you've read this far, GO to this mall! There's a Zara there too - and a MAC store.

Sarajevo is a fascinating place where cultures and history meets i cant explain everything with words you gotta come and see what i mean.And you can visits Mostar And Travenik too.

Great mall of some high standard brands!

This mall may look like the perfect retail experience, dig a little deeper and you may find the quality of some products not up to the same standards of the high street. There is a superb range of food, clothing and beauty products sold here. It is convenient, easy to navigate and modern. To buy the highest quality stick to the high street.

Very bad burger, don't order it here, find an other place.The burger bun was old, the meat dry and tasteless. There was only a little piece of tomato and old green salad. The fries were not crispy and there were only a few I got. If you're hungry find better place.

Cons: Revolving doors are the dumbest entrance in history. The bathroom doors are broken, which is a real scandal. A coffee shop at the entrance smells of cigarettes. Smoking cigarettes inside the mall. Bad tight parking. Pros: The last floor where various restaurants. A variety of shops, some of which are not found anywhere else.

The people of Sarajevo are the most welcoming in the Balkans. The food was on another level, and I will be back in the summer.

Aufpassen der Süßigkeiten laden im Einkaufszentrum lockt touristen mit Bettler Kinder in den Laden. Wo sie dann für die Kinder etwas kaufen , und danach die Kinder es heimlich wieder zurück geben.

The luxury city center mall with all brand branches is really excellent and perfect. It has a good food court and is the best in the whole city.

Not as expecte, but finished most of shoping

Amazing place! The best shopping center in BIH! There are a lot of shopping, especially for clothing, such as Terranova, Koton, Reserved just to name a few, also many shops for kids and a big Konzum for groceries. There's also a big adventure playzone for children and a good food court with many cafes and restaurants. As the name implies, it is located right in the city center, so don't miss it, if you are in Sarajevo.

Looks like a distopian nightmare, dirty, the whole building looks and feels like a prison. Smells like an ashtray. The shops are messy, the workers are rude. The only kind person was the guy at the information. I have seen shopping malls from Albania to Sao Paolo, congratulations, this is the worst.

An international level mall, diverse stores, 5 floors, cleanliness, high level service, provides a solution for both the consumer and the tourist. Well done . We enjoyed it as a family

The underground parking is dark, humid, full of dead ends, not enough space for walking so you have to squeeze between cars, no (working) parking space indicators (all seem to be set on '000' even when there's obviously empty spots), no air, no emergency exits (or signs thereof), a death trap if there's a fire. Also the toilets smell so bad you have hold it in until you get to one of the other malls nearby. The selection of shops and restaurants is very good but it is often too hot inside.

Stayed 2 nights. Large, clean, and comfortable room. Great location. The shopping mall is located on premises. Many attractions within walking distance.

Not so good not so bad. Big enough actually for lots of aims. Food wear and etc. There is a big supermarket, konzum in the mall. You can find your all needs there. But just a reminder, bosnia is not a fruit or vegetable country. Cannot find most of the vegetables across the country

- below average mall nothing special, - The parking garage is dark and stuffy. The stairs are dirty, there are even broken tiles on the floor, be careful I wonder where the good reviews come from

I visit SCC so often. It's a good place for shopping, especially during the sale season because the prices are so much cheaper compared to where I came from. The only bad thing about clothes is that you have to thoroughly check whether it's clean or not because you will find smudges of make up and other things on collars and sleeves.

Well it’s always so crowded and also some workers are not very helpful with information giving…. It can be cleaner cos the toilet smells also like adult piss … it doesn’t feel very clean and beggers are outside ready to beg ….you might find all you need but also pending on your choices

Love SCC it brings life to Sarajevo. Definitely one of my favourite places in the city. Always changing and refreshing every visit.

Nice gallery with clothes, books, cosmetics, food, elekctronics. Especially the food court is worth visiting - I loved the small, family-run bistro with a choice of tasty, home food.

Good shopping mall because its connected to the hotel but the restaurants are not recommended , the food quality not good not fresh and the only give you little meat in the sandwiches and the staff not friendly

It's an okay place to shop and/or to drink and eat. Easy accessible parking spaces and quite central in Sarajevo. Big plus is: it's the only place I've found nicotine pouches (in the tobacco giftshop situated on the ground floor).

Absolutely amazing! I love the stores and the food is pretty amazing too! I would reccomend visiting, but on days like black friday or on weekends, it tends to be crowded sometimes.

Nice Shoppingcenter with a wide variety of shops and restaurant, also a very big Kids Playground - sadly not for grownup kids 😅.

Its mostly crowded and not so spacious but there are so many different choices if you go there for shopping and also for eating there are several choices you can choose from, electronic markets and shops are also big and has very different choices

SCC is generally a very good mall, however they could work on improving the hygiene in the toilets.

The biggest and most popular shopping center in Sarajevo. Located in the center of city. Has around 4 floors. Has a food court in the upper floor, and a game center. Overall a good place for shopping.

A place for everyone with everything. Pretty much with everything a family or younger family members need. Food chambers with playground on the sam floor is quite helpful feature for mom and dad to rest a bit.

The mall has many different places to go to,many electronic and accesory shops. The prices are ussualy higher than in other places.And there is a toilet on every level of the mall but it is like they were trying to hide them. Good: -Many different shops -Toilet on every level of the mall(hard to find) -Lights above every parking place to indicate if its open from far away -3 parking levels Bad: -High prices -Little space to drive your car in the parking area -It's almost impossible to leave the parking area when its raining

Undoubtably, it’s the best shopping centre in BiH. It consists of about 4 floors and 2 underground parking floors as well. As mentioned by many people here, there are a variety of retail options and a huge play area on the 4th floor, where the food court is also located. This is the only shopping centre in the world that I know of that stays open until 10 PM/22:00 on a Sunday.

Best shopping center in Sarajevo. They just opened the first KFC in Bosnia. I recommend XYZ for high end clothing and Buzz for sporty clothes. It's clean not too crowded has a great parking facility. Toilets could be cleaner but with the frequency of people going trough it everyday it is cleaner than other places. Everything you need in 1 place!

Must visit if you are a foreigner in the area 🤣 to get your necessary needs like SIM card.

Beautifully structured. Variety of shops for deep and not so deep pockets. Great selection of food to eat there or as a takeaway.

Be careful when paying for parking... someone in front of me inserted a card and because I didn't cancel it i paid his parking fee, I realized this when I wanted to go out.. I approached the guys and they saw on the camera that I paid, however, they did not want to give me the money back and I paid double...

Very nice shopping mall with a lot of food outlets. I tried baklava and pomegranate juice and they were amazing. Not a lot of big brands.

Sarajevo City Center is the biggest shopping mall in Bosnia. On the 3rd floor tou can find every type of food, from Bosnian kitchen to KFC.. Montana is one of the favourite. On the minus one floor there are some markets for groceries.

A lot of variety, a lot of shops, parking inside, also close to the mall there's outside parking, usually shopping here frequently, they have good Waikiki shop, Zara for perfumes, and a lot of other clothing stores. Very good!

Two or Three interesting stores... a nice cafe, sweets place, crepes, cakes etc... easy not to expensive parking... also you can walk from there to next door alta mall etc...

The shopping mall is not pet friendly. They kicked us out with a small dog (3kg) which was in transporter fully covered. So disrespectful!

Not much special about it, although it is a very clean and expansive mall, it lacks its own character. Nothing in particular you would come here for, but still a good place to just wander around or go shopping in general.
