am
very
happy
that
I
started
training
again
at
the
Lifestyle
Club.
The
main
reason
for
my
reactivation
is
the
necessary
personal
training
after
three
lumbar
spine
surgeries
in
the
last
two
years.
A
few
years
ago
I
was
a
regular
member
at
the
gym,
but
health
problems
with
the
cervical
spine,
strokes
and
cardio
problems
stopped
me
from
training.
On
the
other
hand,
due
to
all
the
health
problems,
I
was
not
in
the
mood
to
get
active
again.
The
last
spine
surgery
a
year
ago
and
the
slow
course
of
rehabilitation,
as
well
as
the
neurosurgeon's
recommendation
that
I
need
to
strengthen
my
stomach
and
back
muscles,
prompted
me
to
start
thinking
about
seeking
the
help
of
a
professional
who
would
do
it
with
me.
I
was
thinking
about
the
Lifestyle
Club
and
the
need
to
inquire
whether
this
possibility
and
coincidence
exists.
Holy
miracle,
nothing
in
life
is
by
chance,
at
the
same
time
I
get
a
message
from
Club
to
call
me
if
I'm
in
the
mood
to
talk
and
I
did.
I
had
a
conversation
with
Maša,
she
recommended
the
personal
trainer
Sunita
to
me,
and
my
journey
of
fighting
for
health
with
this
team
began.
I
thought,
I
have
nothing
to
lose,
I
can
only
gain
and
progress
to
walk
better,
to
exercise
and
start
playing
with
my
first
grandchild.
The
motivation
was
strong
and
stronger
than
ever
before.
Personal
trainer
Sunita,
who
is
above
all
a
wonderful
and
kind
person,
her
patience
and
expertise
in
working
with
me
encouraged
me
to
come
to
every
appointment
even
when
I'm
not
very
well
and
when
I
have
other
obligations,
to
dedicate
my
time
to
myself
and
my
health.
All
the
staff,
the
atmosphere
and
other
members
of
the
Club
were
also
a
stimulus
to
practice
and
to
come
again.
From
July
to
November,
I
actively
trained
with
Sunita.
I
fought
like
a
lioness
to
learn
the
exercises
correctly
and
to
get
better.
This
resulted
in
praise
from
a
physiatrist
in
Slovenia
and
an
annual
check-up
by
a
neurosurgeon
in
Belgrade
now
in
November.
They
were
delighted
with
my
mobility,
better
walking,
much
less
pain
when
bending
my
body
and
legs.
All
that
affected
my
mood,
so
I'm
happy
again
like
before,
I'm
in
a
hurry
to
play
with
my
grandson,
to
see
my
friend
for
coffee,
to
go
shopping,
to
do
all
the
things
I
couldn't
do
in
the
last
three
years.
I
recommend
all
women
and
girls
to
start
training
at
the
Lifestyle
Club,
to
call
for
the
first
conversation
with
Maša,
who
will
suggest
what
is
best
for
them.

you
ask...
Once
a
member,
forever
a
member.
They
never
forgot
me
and
coffee
was
not
active,
they
called
me
and
asked
about
my
health
and
motivated
me
to
get
moving
again
and
start
exercising.
The
old
saying
goes,

BODY.
