This polyclinics deserves only the best reviews that can be written and I am going to elaborate why. Whenever I went there I had a really nice experience to such extent that I would always walk out of there smiling, knowing that I was examined by great professionals, in which knowledge and abilities i have great belief, satisfied because I have a diagnosis I believe in. The staff is very professional and polite towards their patients and they always try to make you as comfortable as possible. Also, knowing that their patients do not understand the professional terminology of medicine, they always try to explain your condition in the simplest way possible, so that an ordinary person can understand them. As well, they provide their patients with document and additional materials from which information about the diagnostics that were done at the polyclinics can be reviewed. Beside all the said, it did not go unnoticed in my eyes that this polyclinics is just one of a few who stood firmly and bravely in the COVID19 pandemic, giving diagnostics, helping and treating patients, I am noting it again, from the beginning of it till the moment of writing this post. The queue of the people in the waiting rooms are a sign of trust that people put into the thoughts and opinions of the professionals who work there, and a sign of dedicated and precise work of the staff. Kad god sam otišao tamo imao sam jako ugodno iskustvo, do te granice da bih imao smiješak na licu kada bih izlazio, jer bih znao da sam pregledan od strane velikih profesionalaca, u čija znanja imam puno povjerenje, imajući dijagnozu kojoj vjerujem. Osoblje je jako profesionalno i lijepo se ophodi prema svojim pacijentima, pokušavajuću uvijek učiniti da se on/ona osjeća što je više moguće ugodno. Također, zanjući da njihovi pacijenti ne vladaju stučnom terminologijom iz meidcine, osoblje uvijek pokušava da pacijentu iznese zapažanja na najjednostavniji mogući način, tako da ih prosječna osoba može razumjeti. Dodatno, nakon pregleda u poliklinici Al-Tawil pacijent dobija dokumente i materijale sa kojih se mogu očitati dijagnostički podaci. Pored svega rečeno, moram naglasiti da sam primijetio da je ova poliklinika jedna od rijetkih koja je stala čvrsto i hrabro kada se desila pandemija COVID19, od samoga početka dajući pacijentima potrebnu dijganostiku, pomoć i potrebnu brigu, pri čemu opet nagalšavam, od samoga početka pandemije do trenutka pisanja ovog rivjua. Redovi u čekaonicama ove poliklinike su znak povjerenje koje pacijenti pokazuju prema ovoj ustanovi, kao i prema mišljenju profesionalaca koji u njoj rade.

Extremely unsafe for non-covid patients! I was waiting in small room with more than 50 people. No organisation whatsoever. I had appointment reserved and still was waiting 2+ hours after which I left. Many patients were being served before me, even I realised they had appointment after me. Very disappointing.

Horrible, unsafe, unprofessional, slow. Read the other reviews--they are all true. I came in for a non-Covid need, and was made to sit with at least 50 people with advanced Covid infection who came to check their lungs for damage. No distance was allowed. Super rude staff. You are better just not going anywhere than going here. I was traumatized by the experience.

I took the covid test in this Clinic. The result was negative. There was an X-ray in the package. The doctor said that the X-ray result had something, small. She suggested that a Ct Scanner. After checking the CT result, she said she it had something, but did not prescribe any treatment or medication. She told me to watch and do another COVID test. I already did 3 and it was negative. Frankly, I didn't understand the position of the doctor. Disappointing.

Service is fast, I was able to see a doctor within 10min. Dr Alan was attentive and patient. Test results came out within an hour and I was able to follow up with the doctor within the same day. It’s slightly on the expensive side, total cost of the doctor fee and blood works were about 145 USD, which isn’t cheap even in North American standard.

If you have a lot of free time and you wish to spend it in a waiting room, you can choose between this place (where you are charged even for air you breath) or the regular doctor (for free). You will be sitting in a waiting room equally long even when you have a scheduled appointment.

Poliklinika Al-Tawil offers excellent health care at an affordable price for tourists and travelers. I've been multiple times with injuries and routine check ups, and my best friend had a colonoscopy performed here rather than in the US. He payed roughly 10% of the price of his copay in America. The service is not quite Western, and there is certainly a little less respect for your privacy. Expect the possibility than an over-eager patient will knock on a closed door and seek to enter. I think they're aware of this issue - a common practice here - and have taken steps to mitigate it. MRI and CT equipment is first rate, as are the imaging diagnostics, in my experience. Blood work is professional and very, very fast with the results.

We did a full body MRI on top of the range 3T MRI scanner. Amazing customer service, Haris (MRI technician) was really amazing guiding us through the process and made it a really enjoyable experience for us. Doctors gave us results within hours. Overall highly recommended to everyone. Thank you for such a lovely service

They have all of the best equipment and any service that you would need. It's a much better feeling than going to any of the local hospitals or waiting for something like an MRI or X-rays All of this can be expedited and done immediately. I've been going here for 7 years and they have some of the best staff... After being mis-diagnosed with bronchitis in other clinic, I went to Al Tawil clinic to get a full diagnosis and second oppinion. I had a really good experience at this clinic. Came for a sore throat and because prescribed antibiotics did not have any effect. Doctor Nezirović is an amazing doctor! She did a really detailed examination and insisted on doing a final blood test to make sure that everything is fine. While I was not completely convinced about it at the beginning, the test turned out to be really insightful. It showed that I had a virus infection, which explained the not working antibiotics. I can really recommend this place! They took great care of me.

When I was in the clinic for the first time, I thought it would be expensive, to be honest, although you actually have to do everything for your health, at the first examination the staff were very, very friendly, the doctor Dr. Al Tawil is a nice, friendly person that makes you feel very comfortable during the examination. Now we come to an important part: when I had to do a magnet resonance (which is an expensive thing) she actually said to me, you are insured, then we will handle it so that you go to the employment office, you get something like confirmation Then I had to go to the building next to it, and a few days later I got a confirmation and with that I paid a little over 80 or 90 Bam instead of a few hundred Bam, which I thought was very correct and decent of her because, as a non-Bosnian, I had no idea about it. I have been there 4 times so far and will only go there again, I can highly recommend it, many thanks to all the staff at the clinic 😊💓

Both privately and in the system, what kind of doctor -- from expertise and humanity to disinterest and rudeness. I'm really into Dr. At the Al Tawil Clinic, she encountered expertise, patience and humanity. dr. Mirela Džubur-Aganović is a salve for the diseases and conditions she deals with in general, as a human being. She showed me a professional, interested, human approach and I am infinitely grateful that I found her. Each primarius is more or less professional, but not all of them have preserved their humanity, interest in the patient, and patience. I was scheduled the next day from the first call, at the reception, in the laboratory, and especially the doctor, everyone did their job with ease and a lot of patience. I read these bad reviews when I was looking for a clinic to go to. I don't know what people expect from a private clinic? To never wait 45 minutes? If you do, say, some blood tests, an ultrasound and a doctor's consultation, how many months does it take for all of that in the system? You go to the clinic, where some 28-year-old general practitioner girl with an extremely negative energy and attitude bangs nonsense on you, you get referrals and go to Koševo to the laboratory, you will see the doctor in 20 or 30 or 50 days, whatever, and you will wait for the ultrasound from 1-3 months. Don't tell future patients about an excellent clinic just because you think that when you pay someone 150 BAM, you immediately become the late Elizabeth II and expect some royal treatment. You really need to have a good reason to buy a clinic that has the best ratings in town. If we as patients go there with a dose of common sense and the expectations of mature people and the people who work there, they will be able to give their best in peace. As far as I'm concerned, I highly recommend him, especially if you need a specialist in nuclear medicine due to thyroid disease or osteoporosis.

The level of professionalism and medical expertise is superb - not to mention the quality of lab work and available tests/scans. I had the opportunity to be treated by Dr. Aldijana Nezirović-Bucalo and her team. I have received better health care at this clinic in Sarajevo than I could ever receive in the UK! Everyone is accommodating, kind and informative. You can get an appointment at short notice, and everything is explained in great detail. Not to mention Dr. Bucalo's superb diagnostic skills. All the nurses, lab technicians and staff were incredibly kind, helpful and informative. I wholeheartedly recommend the clinic to anyone - especially to my fellow Brits struggling to get proper treatment and tests back home.
