Very expensive comparing to the standard of living in Bosnia, and spa centers in other much more metropolitan places I have been in. I believe an amateur with a bit of enthusiasm in the massage process would do a much better job then the masseuse there. It seemed as if she never massaged anyone before. The shower didn’t work -> I asked to be moved to another one -> the second one didn’t work either. As I stated above, the massage honestly felt like someone is just tapping on some random, meaningless points on my back. The facial was horrible too. The masseuse pulled out dozen of my eyelashes while removing the face mask. The mask was applied to my lips (couldn’t open them at all), over my eyelashes and eyes, and almost inside my nose. Very uncomfortable and felt-cheap texture of the mask. My hair was full of the mask after I got out of the salon. For such price (in comparison) you can get an amazing massage + a facial in a dozen other spa centers in Sarajevo. So not worth visiting. Guys from the Herbal Spa brand: take this review into consideration. There was not a single point I enjoyed in the package “Weekend refresh”. Sincerely.

The best spa in Bosnia! I travel a lot and tried so many spa in the world but this one is the best! The staff is super professional. They learn so many years to be able to do treatments there. They Very kind, and sweet. We came 2 times in our stay and we were so beyond happy. I recommend the Moroccan body bath and of course the Swedish massage. Elma was incredible, she did the best massage, peeling bath and the face treatment and a pedicure. The shoulder Pain I had for a month disappeared after her treatment. Such a professional. Herbal Spa is the best establishment to visit in all of Bosnia if you want to relax and have a great time. The treatment is 5 star from the moment you walk in until you leave. They have many different options for men and women alike. Their menu is filled with amazing things you won’t get anywhere else. I try to go to as often as I can. I highly recommend! 10/10!

I went for wax, not satisfied with the service. I was charged the total price even though the service was not provided in full! The girls working there didn't speak any language, and I hope they are here legally, and that should be addressed by inspection location Pofalici! The worst thing is the receptionist trying to convince me that this is how to wax should be done, and I've been doing this for years too, and it was never done in this way!

Massage was not good, too basic. Jacuzzi was filled with too much foam, no towel was provided. Service was not good, not asked how my experience was.

Had an amazing experience at Herbal Spa. My masseuse was Hanna and her hands were magical! I got the full body hot stone massage. What I loved about this spa is that the hot stone massage was pretty much for the entire time! Other spas just throw in the hot stone for a few minutes only. The head massage was my favorite part! Serene ambiance. Definitely recommend!

I had a classic facial and pedicure , I really liked both and the girl who did it to me was very nice and cute , I like the privacy of the place as it's for ladies only. Highly recommend a visit ! Only downside was I feel the rooms should be more open and that's it ...

This is the best spa in the city of Sarajevo. Very clean, peacuful. The staff is very cordial and professional. You almost have everything you need in one place. Highly recommend this place. From massage to other cosmetic treatments- everything is wonderful.

I would strongly advise against visiting unless you enjoy being scammed out of your hard-earned money. I recently had the displeasure of visiting this spa and it was an absolute nightmare. My first visit left me with heavy skin irritation, which is not exactly the relaxation and rejuvenation I was hoping for. I decided to give them a second chance by purchasing a voucher on sale. The full service was not able to be done, and I was told that the continuation could be done in a few days. I had to pay the full fee for half the service. They said that the continuation would also cost the full price – I would have to pay for ONE full service 2 TIMES. Not to mention that both times I had to wait too long even though I had an appointment time scheduled, where the first time a tourist had an unexplained advantage. Save yourself the headache, the skin irritation, and the disappointment, and look elsewhere for a spa that actually values its customers and provides a legitimate and enjoyable experience.

A company that deliberately invests in poor quality of both, staff and services. Facial treatments are performed by the same girls who give massage, and they do not know anything about cosmetics products, devices and techniques. The materials they put on the face is unhygienic and the uncertified, devices are outdated and some even broken. Such a low quality of services is a consequence of the company's financial crisis. So the company hires unemployed unskilled youths for a small salary which often late. Its case for the inspection, how they taking money from authorities in the name to help training and hiring people, but not hire them. Very unprofessional HR management who run a coffee shop in addition to spa.
