Me and my friends booked an apartment. Two weeks before our journey we asked the host some information about check-in and apartment forniture, but he didn't answer. When we arrived in Sarajevo we tried to contact the host several times but he didn't answer, AGAIN. We made it to get in to the hall of the structure and, after a long waiting time and severals tries to contact the host, a smiling girl arrived. She said, loughing, that our apartment wasn't available because of a fire that hit the electrical plant, and she left us there whitout any suggestion about an alternative accomodation. She didn't offer us to use the telephone or to call a taxi even if there was a storm outside. She is incredibly unprofessional and upsetting, we felt like she was kidding us and enjoying it.

It is okay. It has a nice terrace coffee on the roof. It is located near to the city center. Clean and cosy. Give it a try.

The appartment is big enough for a group. The beds are comfortable and the appartment is clean. However there were few things to fix. The towels were really small and the bathroom drain smelled. They tried to fix it but the smell remained. In addition to this there was only small mirror in the appartment a big one would be needed. This was serious problem since we were group of girls. Anyhow quite enjoyable stay.
