My
experience
with
the
"Parking
garaža
sa
naplatom"
car
park
in
Sarajevo
was
more
than
disappointing.
We
parked
there
two
days
in
a
row
and
were
met
with
unreliable
and
unfriendly
service.
I
cannot
recommend
this
parking
garage
under
any
circumstances.
On
the
first
day
we
were
charged
a
daily
rate
of
30
BAM,
which
seemed
reasonable
given
the
usual
prices
in
the
city.
But
the
following
day
we
were
suddenly
billed
by
the
hour
and
had
to
pay
39
BAM.
The
staff
were
extremely
unfriendly
and
claimed
that
we
had
to
buy
a
day
ticket
first.
It
was
confusing
and
frustrating
to
be
faced
with
this
inconsistent
billing.
It
seemed
like
there
were
no
clear
guidelines
or
consistent
pricing
system
in
the
parking
garage.
This
inconsistency
appears
extremely
unprofessional
and
raises
doubts
about
the
competence
of
the
management.
The
unfriendliness
and
arrogance
of
the
staff
further
tarnished
the
overall
appearance
of
the
parking
garage.
Instead
of
being
helpful
and
customer-focused,
employees
were
dismissive
and
unwilling
to
adequately
resolve
the
issue.
We
were
only
able
to
clarify
the
situation
through
the
intervention
of
passers-by
who
happened
to
be
there.
It
is
unacceptable
that
car
park
staff
were
unable
or
unwilling
to
recognize
the
problem
and
act
appropriately.
This
type
of
customer
service
is
absolutely
unacceptable
and
frustrating.
I
also
have
to
mention
that
the
price
list
on
the
parking
garage's
website
did
not
correspond
to
reality.
I
even
took
a
photo
of
the
current
price
list
so
that
I
could
refer
to
it
in
the
event
of
any
misunderstandings.
It
is
disappointing
to
see
that
the
car
park
is
unable
to
even
provide
clear
and
correct
information
on
their
own
website.
This
again
shows
a
level
of
unreliability
and
lack
of
professionalism.
All
in
all,
my
experience
with
the
"Parking
garaža
sa
naplatom"
car
park
in
Sarajevo
was
extremely
negative.
The
unreliable
service,
the
unfriendly
employees
and
the
inconsistency
in
pricing
make
this
parking
garage
a
clear
non-recommendation.
I
strongly
advise
against
parking
there
as
there
is
an
obvious
lack
of
professionalism
and
customer
focus.
