First time here. Heard tons of great things about Whataburger. It was worth the stop. Clean in the dinning area and bathrooms. Service was fast, friendly and speedy. The food was delicious and something on the menu even for those picky eaters.

10:45pm on a Thursday. Dining area that is supposed to be open 24 hours is closed and all the employees are sitting and chatting behind the locked doors. Drive thru is wrapped around the building. Waited for 10 minutes and didn't move so I left. As someone who grew up with whataburger in Texas, I expect better. Picture of the line after I left for gas station food and came back by....I was behind the white flatbed when I left.

Ordered NO MUSTARD. Didn't see notation on receipt. Asked at pick up window & was told ketchup was substituted for mustard. Perfect, I thought! Wrong, I was ! Had mustard. Yuk. $7 wasted. The rest of order was fine.

More attention needs to be given while taking orders, making food and bagging items. Ordered Bacon and Cheese burger no Onions and Double Meat Burger No Tomato or Onion add Cheese and Bacon. Get the food just for it to be wrong. Whole made wrong. Pay better attention.

Excellent service and experience. The manager even checked on me and introduced herself. Her name was Teresa. She was all smiles and wonderful attitude. I'll definitely be back again. Much Love Loyalty & Respect

I always have a good experience with this location. They're very quick (for fast-food) and friendly. Food is always hot and cooked to order. Really can't ask for much else.

I didn't ask for onion rings! Man I got all the way home and they gave me onion rings instead of fries... And I even told em no pickles or onions on my burger! Other than that the burger was pretty good...

Ordered a Whataburger Jr. Combo added cheese. It reminded me of a kids' meal for $9. The bottom bun was placed on top by the way it was wrapped,and the fries weren't hot. It was my first time trying the restaurant.

When we arrived they were working on an entire bus order. They were working very fast at getting orders out even with the large crowd ahead of us! Food was great and service was impeccable!

The people at here are very nice. The food is good. They are normally pretty fast. I like to order on the app ahead and pick up in the drive through. You can also get rewards from ordering on the app and that is always a plus!

It was nice; I got a double Hamburger combo with fries Bae got the double Cheeseburger combo with bacon with onion rings. We both got cokes. Serve was great & the facilities were clean

The burgers are okay. Fries are good and the atmosphere is clean and pleasant. It's a good spot to stop and eat, but don't be in a rush.

Whataburger was superb! Hot and loaded with all the good stuff. Staff at the window were very nice. The order was perfect.

food was good and hot. I visited the location, and an employee was waiting on another employee and took his order. Then the cashier walked away and went to the area where they were cooking and ignored me. She then proceeded to keep looking around the corner to see if I was still there to see if I would leave. After the 17 minute stand off, she finally came over and took my order.

No napkins but everything else was great. I had the bacon egg and cheese biscuit meal. Biscuit fell apart on me and hash brown sticks were dumped in bag. The cashiers were super friendly for 4 am. Thanks!

This particular location was very clean and well maintained. My food was hot and freshly cooked. It was to the point that I had to mention it to who I thought was a leader on shift. Even the bathroom was excellent.

Well, I hate to complain > Staff was very nice > they were very busy > I ordered two breakfast Taquitos & two hashbrowns > got home and was missing a hashbrown, only had one in the bag. Taquitos were okay, both missing the cheese. Oh well, they were busy....

Fast, efficient, delicious. It is what so many fast food restaurants used to be. Their burgers are better than most steak houses. We are at one anytime we are in a town that has one.

I just had the best Whataburger experience of my life. I drive into the Mobile area from Athens Georgia to visit family from time to time, and this Whataburger is always my first stop in the area. The staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was fresh! Honestly, even though Whataburger is my favorite fast food restaurant, I have always viewed Whataburger's fries as their only weak point. Let me tell you, those fresh and so hot you could barely hold them fries I got tonight changed my opinion. Generally speaking, I don't mind waiting a little while for my order when I go places - especially late night like this. I do get greatly irritated, however, when a simple request is not done correctly or is fully ignored. I just add pickles to my honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich and they got it right (unlike any other fast food restaurant would have lol Checkers I'm looking at y'all) 10/10 tonight, you guys! Management should be proud of their staff

Saraland Al. Surprising experience. Cold/hard fries. Burger had hard bun in places. Meat was flavorless and unappealing. Girl at window was giving drinks out without tops on and drink all down the sides. Informed the area manager and he didn’t really seem to care. Told us to make sure we have all our food because they are unable to make sure they put all the correct food in the bags. Like I said, very surprising experience.

I gotta say tho they are quite pricey, they're worth it. We stopped here late one early morning and the onion rings were some of the best I've ever had. Unfortunately the onions on my burger were nasty and unpleasant, but the rest of my meal was amazing, especially after working a 14 hour shift and it being almost 2 am. To top off this great place, they actually had unsweetened tea. This place makes McD's look like a joke. I'll gladly spend extra money to get exactly what I order and have it fresh and taste so good. Thank u to the guys who were working the late night shift. I know it can be boring, but for those of us who need something to eat at that time, we thank u. ❤️

This location always gets my order correct. The food is always hot, and the staff are super nice. The inside of the location is always clean. Probably the only gast food location in our area who doesn't completely screw everything up. Highly recommend, especially for those who work late at night. Open 24/7. Good, solid place for a burger.

7/12/22-2:18pm, 3 people ordered ahead of us, each one got order repeated back to them...when we ordered and paid I asked why we had 2 DRINK cups (we only ordered 1) she said comes with chicken strip dinner...I told her NO, only wanted strips,NO DINNER WAS MENTIONED! She said OH, sorry. It's definitely NOT worth $9 with mostly breading and barely any chicken, texas toast worthless, fries were good, and drink but she SHOULD HAVE REPEATED OUR ORDER BACK TO US.
