Whoever Bryan is he's your only problem with that store everyone else there is friendly but he is very condescending and rude. Don't ask him questions cause he talks to you like your dumb and incompetent. I won't go back in here just because of his attitude

The people here were amazing and treated me so fair! Very prompt service and gave me a lot more for my items than other shops have in the past. Highly recommend you to give them a try if you’re in a tight spot for cash or just wanna get rid of some stuff!

They were very helpful! Took care of me very quickly and professionally. Good place to business. Naomi was very pleasing I was honestly depressed and she made my day so much better when I was feeling lost.

If I could give zero stars I would, they sold me a dirt bike and told me I shouldn't test start it cause old gas been sitting 2 months but if I buy the warranty if I have any problems come back and give my money back. I I buy the dirt bike replace the gas and spark plug, clean air filter, added multiple missing bolts etc. and it never started! I bring it back to get my refund, and the bike is in better shape than when I bought it, and they only give me a store credit ?? Why would I want to buy more stuff from a place that sells me broken items to begin then not honor their "warranty" I had ? Horrible customer service, all about the $$ Scam

The simple request to speak to a manager or to get basic information so I could speak to a manager was unprofessionally denied with zero explanation as of why. The three employees together radiated pure idiocy. I unfortunately was affected by this and as a result my IQ had dropped exponentially. Terrible service with the younger aged employees. I will absolutely ignore them when and if I do decide to return to speak to an actual professional about the item I was trying to sell. All I can say is do better.

America super pawn is where it's at!!!!!

The staff is so friendly & helpful. Nobody makes you ashamed of pawning items and they have a wide variety of items that you can purchase and ecen put on lay-a-way. All around, a pleasant experience.

Needed a little money for a bill before payday and was able to make a quick pawn transaction. Matilda was great and very helpful. She was informative and made what can sometimes be a stressful transaction, because of pawning something sentimental, a calm and pleasant one. Will be back to retrieve my jewelry after payday and hope that I won't have to pawn it again, but if I do, I will be going back to America's Super Pawn.

The best prices I've seen on great items I've seen in a SUPER long time. If you see something you like go ahead and get it right away!! It won't be there for long! Get that warranty because it's worth it. $180 for an XBox? Where??!?!!?! Exchanges are good for other items or store credits as well. Good stuff guys!

Amazing service and amazing prices always. We stopped at Value Pawn first, I don't know why negate America's Super Pawn always is the best. We brought in a brand new laptop, still in the packaging, that we paid $929 for just 1 month prior. America's Value Pawn tried to rip us off and say they could only sell it for $250 and thus could only offer us $80!!! America's Super Pawn however, met exactly what we asked for, $300, despite having 15 laptops in the store already!! They are always the best, always fair, you can tell the difference just walking in the place. America's Super Pawn has quality items, good products, brand new AF1s, beautiful jewelry and watches. America's Value Pawn however is raggedy as hell. They have shoes that are missing soles and heels and have paint chipping off them. The difference between the two is night and day!!! Don't waste your time going ANYWHERE else.

I love this particular America's Super Pawn due to the people that work here. They are understanding and there when you need to pawn or sell items for extra cash. I had a death in my family and a day late and they allowed me a few more days to get there. I know some may not have cared no matter what. They also have great items that are on my future list when I can actually get straight. Thank you for being there for me and my family.

Employees are very knowledgeable and professional and treat customers like family. I have only had good experiences at this pawn shop for many years and whenever there was an issue in the past, I felt like it was always resolved in my favor -unlike other pawn shops that only seem to care about taking ownership of your stuff in every tricky way possible...the place to go to get the most bang for your buck.

Bryan helped me pick out the perfect electronics for my kids. He knew exactly what brands they’d like most, & he seriously hooked me up on the prices. Pawn Shops are notorious for having rude staff and no integrity. Bryan and the other two ladies who I dealt w/ were just honest helpful people. Basic integrity goes a long way with me.
