I grew up with strong ties to coffee as I have family who have coffee plantations in Honduras . Fondest childhood memories are those with family harvesting coffee in early spring as it lightly rained and we laughed, told stories and imagined what would be. I had the privilege of intimately getting to know the hard work, the labor of love that goes into that beautiful cup of coffee. My cousin is carrying this wonderful coffee legacy with Brewed Monday Coffee. Unbiasedly and unequivocally this coffee embodies all wonderful things one would want in coffee. I love all the three types of coffees ( the Honduras -Honey process, Honduras -Natural process and the Colombian -Natural process) and each one is unique and lovely! The Honduras Honey process gives a lighter dessert vibe, the Colombian -Natural gives notes of vanilla and peach, while the Honduras Natural is full-bodied, strong and pleasant . It is tough to pick a favorite but if I must, I would say the Honduras-Natural is the one for me. I love the strength, the roundness and creaminess it emanates. It is delicious! Hey! lastly, know this is Brewed Monday Coffee but oh my goodness , one cup gives easy like a Sunday morning! :)

Coffee was delicious!i tried their new strawberry flavor and it tasted like an actual strawberry but just the right amount because the coffee still tasted like coffee! It’s always a plus to support your local Sarasota/Bradenton businesses! They were friendly and definitely will be going back you have to give their coffee a try!

I love this coffee! As someone that doesn’t know a lot about coffee, I wasn’t sure that I would notice a difference in flavor, but 100% this coffee stands out from the rest! I usually do not like the taste of coffee black- but it was suggested I first try it without adding anything to it and I was pleasantly surprised to realize how much I liked it. These guys have an amazing product!

One of my passions is seeking out local coffee shops…whether it’s near home or in travels. Brewed Monday is one of the best I have come across!! After learning about the honey process, and how the organic beans are sourced and harvested, I was very anxious to try and it did not disappoint! The Honduran Honey was by far the freshest and most vibrant/unique coffees I ever had. It hit ever flavor note, and even had a soft pleasant aftertaste. I’ve used it in a pour over, drip, Moka pot, and even in the kuerig. Each one was AMAZING! Not only do I highly recommend, but it is a must try to anyone who is a lover of real coffee!

Had the honey processed Honduran. Great coffee and I don't usually like any coffee grown at an altitude higher than 1300 feet and this was grown at 1400 feet. May have to rethink my altitude attitude. Met the owners and manager at a farmers market in Bradenton,FL. Very nice guys with a great product. We bought a bag of whole beans and they were nice enough to grind it for us even though they only had a small grinder and had to do it a little bit at a time. Going to order more online when we run out. Thanks guys.

The Lempira varietal is so smooth and sexy. I savored every sip! The tasting notes are on point. You can honestly taste the quality. Worth every penny.
