The experience was amazing and the food came out fast. They had a table when they said they would and that goes a long way. We let Sean know it was my daughter's 10-year-old birthday and our dessert became enough for the whole table!

It's ok. Another hyped up very overpriced restaurant. Quality does not match the price. Heard so many good things and drove by it a thousand times. I had Mongolian beef. Chewy bowl of meat with green onion tips. Lacked any substance. Really, just meat and some onion tips? This is what everyone is raving about? Seriously? Probably never go back. I make better dishes at home. Server was great though.

One of the rare restaurants in Sarasota where you can find really delicious food. Absolutely everything here has a high chance that you will like it. An excellent restaurant chain that cares about quality and enjoyment. Large selection of interesting dishes. Great atmosphere. I really liked the red and black design. Spacious room, great parking space. Friendly staff. But the waiter was not attentive. He ignored requests, did not bring the menu again, I wanted to order something else. I have never seen such bad service. That's why I'm only giving 4 stars.

Excellent quick afternoon meal. Waiter was quick and helpful. They have a code menu or a paper one. As this was our first visit we were excited to find a new restaurant. Our new doctors recommended it. Close to the office. Highly recommend and will be dining in again soon.

My very first time eating at PF Changs and it was amazing! Our server Cassidy made our visit special and was so sweet! The food was excellent and we would definitely come again.

Great experience dining out for date night. Kasey was a doll, excellent service. The place is as beautiful as ever, super clean and inviting. We had the chicken lettuce wraps which I've never been disappointed in, a won ton soup, hot & sour soup and the shrimp with lobster sauce...all delicious. We'll definitely be back.

This is some of the best food you can get! Fresh, unique & delicious! The portions are huge, enough to split or lunch the next day. Ask for Jeff as he was such a wonderful waiter & person! Made our meal even more enjoyable! Will definitely be back! Thanks Jeff!

Such friendly staff! Corinne, our waiter, was very attentive and helpful in her drink recommendations. The food was amazing and worth every penny!

Not like it used to be.. Wasn’t greeted when we walked in and stood at the front desk for over 5 minutes until we left. Got drinks elsewhere and we returned for dinner. Food just wasn’t like we remembered it. We didn’t finish anything and decided against bringing home the leftovers. Atmosphere felt like a big box store and not intimate. Server was ok but seemed rushed even though there were only 5 tables in the whole place. Looks like we are moving on to other restaurants going forward.

Stay very far away from this place. We were a party of 13 and our dinner experience was by far the worst we have ever had anywhere. 1st of all the food is nothing to praise about. Panda Express was way better. But we never complained about the food. Mainly because we didn’t want to wait 40 min for it to get fixed. From the get go our waiter didn’t take our food order until 90 min in. We were his only table. There were a total of about 4 tables of people the whole night. Our waiter disappeared for 15-20 min at a time. We had to ask for refills every time. He asked us 3 different times on how to split the bill. Which it came out wrong anyway. Then as he went to try to fix the bills, he asked for my wife to come over to help him. Then the manager who was clueless as well came to help. They took another 30 min figuring things out only to find that it was still wrong. They tried to dbl charge for some items. We were there a total of 3 hrs for Chinese food. They didn’t even try to make us feel better about what had just happened. Absolutely ridiculous.

Food phenomenal. Atmosphere was pleasant. Server Ashley: omg was the greatest. Made our first time dining here a exquisite experience. She was fun, beyond nice super great personality and just 100% one of the best experiences I ever got to enjoy from a restaurant. Simply the best! When we come back must have her serve us again. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

P.F. Chang's is my answer to the question "what would you like as your last meal"! Have the garlic beans and roasted brussel sprouts coming ❤️ Absolutely delicious and a visual delight as well!

We came here a few years ago and the restaurant was so dark could hardly see our menu BUT they revamped it and the whole restaurant looks better lit and designed as well. We were sat at a 6 top circle right by the bathroom but it wasn’t bad at all. Bathrooms were far enough down a hall that it didn’t impact anything. I tried the Asian pear mojito and oh. My. God. I could have had 7 of those. Our waiter was lovely, food came at a reasonable time, and was delish.

My boyfriend and I came in for the first time about three months ago for a couple drinks. The bartender Justin, greeted us by sharing the drink specials and his recommendations. We went with his recommendation of the Sangria and Asian Pear Mojito. The recommendation was on point! Best Sangria I have ever tasted. Justin then began talking to us and sharing his favorite items on the menu, so we decided we must try a couple items he mentioned. He nailed it again. The food was amazing! Justin made our first experience at PF Changs such a wonderful experience that we have become regulars coming in every week (sometimes twice a week). We look forward to seeing Justin (ask him to make a Key Lime Martini) as well as another bartender Corinne (who makes a killer Pina Coloda)!!

It’s been while since I visited them last time. Parking was challenging at this location. However food was great as always. their Lettuce wrap is all time favorite and also liked their Brussels sprouts. Server was attentive and friendly. Although he forgot our Margarita, I’ll take it on positive note.

Food quality is good. Atmosphere is nice. They are very short staffed and got rid of an amazing flaming desert! Great cocktails though.

Tonight was mine and my husband’s first time at P.F Chang, we had a phenomenal waitress named Ashley, she definitely made our visit a fantastic one. We we’re not overly impressed with the food, the only thing I would order again was the Chang’s spicy chicken. Even though the food was disappointing Ashley definitely made our visit worthwhile. Thank you, so much!!!

Chicken Lettuce Wraps, Fried Green Beans, and the Red Velvet Cheesecake were outstanding, and our server Ashley was a hoot. She was so personable and really made our whole dining experience fun! Definitely recommend this place. My wife and I stopped in on a whim, and glad we did. We'll be looking for Ashley the next time we go because she really livened it up.

Food was solid . I've had better PF Changs. Waitress was not happy to serve anyone ... we tried to pleasant with her . To no avail . Manager was very pleasant . Ask for extra sauce for the Mongolian beef. Crab Rangoon needs some cream cheese. There was none . Lots of crab however which is a huge plus.

Ashley is the bomb dot com. Best server we’ve had in a long time. We go out a lot and will definitely be coming back because she made our night!

Our waitress Kasey was so kind and quick with everything! Refilled drinks before I even needed it and was super chill. She needs a raise! Also if you’ve never been to PF Chang’s you HAVE to get the lettuce wraps.

Great Atmosphere. Clean. Attentive Service. Must have Reservations unless You don’t want to sit at the Bar. Delicious Food. Highly Recommend.
