Michael was rude and condescending when I only needed a water bottle. Please have better customer service training.

The new cashier, Michael was wonderful, so I confidently give 4 stars. Otherwise the rest of the staff was quite rude, and only because we joked around with Michael so he would feel less stressed (would give less stars but Michael was really great!).

We got our coffees. They were good. However, the employees lacked professionalism. They were carrying on with individuals, which appeared to be friends in long inappropriate conversations, hanging out near where prep and pickup is. Also, it appeared that off duty employees, were parading back and forth for over a half hour, in the store. The customer areas needed cleaning. Many customers were getting annoyed by this, not just us. I will not be coming back to this Starbucks.

Very friendly staff, great location, and drinks always made to order. Ashley, Michael, and Ahmed in particular are very outgoing and are always pleasant to speak with. Great customer service! For all those leaving negative reviews, I suggest you take into consideration the nation wide employee shortages, supply shortages, and just how busy Sarasota has gotten, let alone during season. Try being a little more patient and a lot less rude. The workers here, along with everywhere else, are doing their best.

Our morning always starts with Starbucks then walk to the beach. Prompt, friendly and convenient. The drinks are amazing! LOVE this location!

I had a good experience here. Not busy when I arrived. Wait was reasonable and drink was as ordered.... Iced Americano with vanilla sweet cream foam on top. Service was cordial... Nothing over the top but not rude either.

I was disappointed with this Starbucks. I hadn't realized it was so tiny. I had planned to come in and do some work there today. I did but it was too small, cramped and noisy. They had tables and chairs outside and I get that St. Armand's Key is a place for people watching, but I was looking forward to the SBUX experience of having my coffee and breakfast sandwich while working and then grabbing a little lunch while finishing up my day. The counter is small - really too small for a regular laptop and there are like six chairs. The outdoor seats are uncomfortable for a big girl like me. I look forward to the opening of the new one on N. Tamiami Tr. Even though There will likely be a bunch of business people and college students, it's close by and the parking is free. Hurry up!! Y'all are taking a looooong time!

I don't usually rate a Starbucks, I've been to a lot of different locations at this point. I made an exception for this location because the staff were absolutely the sweetest, patient with the person in front of me who was not being the nicest, and made sure my drink was perfect. I don't live close enough to make this my consistent location, but I would if I could!

Zach was the best! He was very helpful and nice! Give Zach a promotion!

It was an ok Starbucks but when I went their was about 4-5 employees yet their was only one girl that was doing all the work with making the drinks which their where about 10+ people in there with another employee working the register, Yet the other Starbucks employees weren't helping make the drinks and just cleaning the star bucks which want even dirty or messy. As so it took me over 20 minutes just to get my one drink. Not to mention how small it was in there.

Love the drinks, but sometimes the service is slow.

The nice people working behind the counter gave me a nice little gift card after some intellectually destitute waste of a social security number who cant read printed names on items took my sandwich.

Great place for a drink, and staff is kind... but the music is SO LOUD! (I’m in my 30s, so seriously... LOUD!) Definitely not the place to grab a drink and chat with friends or to sit and work. If that’s what you’re hoping for and there’s not outside seating available, I’d recommend selecting another spot.

Great location to pop thru when I’m in the area. Parking is rather difficult if you’re coming to the area JUST for coffee. Staff is always friendly. Public restroom for guests. Small inside area with 2 tables. Outside patio area has a few extra tables and space.

Going to Starbucks, I regularly order on the mobile app to not wait in line and for it to be easier on the staff. After ordering on the mobile app, I had to wait an extra 15 minutes than the time it should’ve been ready. We waited for all the walk in’s and then some for their drinks to be made before mine. I asked for an update for my order in the front and she glares at me and waves my drink sticker in the air and says nothing. Horrible customer service.

I am a tenured partner at a store in Indiana & this is the Starbucks I go to every single time I’m in Florida. I’ve been going to Longboat for 23 years & been a partner for 6… this Starbucks is consistently clean, accurate, fast, and above all so incredibly friendly. Always, no matter who’s working or how many years it’s been. Consistently amazing !!

As someone that works on the circle and understands how stressful it can be, I appreciate the staff always being friendly and courteous to me and my staff. Cari remembers our names and always is so kind and talks to us when we come in to escape our workplace. Truly a phenomenal worker and always pleasant when I see her working.

Order 3 bacon, sausage,egg wrap, with a terrible old sausage, smells and discolored sausage. My conclusions is that Starbucks getting lower quality and service , far away from performance of years ago , but prices increased dramatically.

The staff really goes above and beyond!! Amidst the humidity and heatwave, my sister and I came in to get cold bottled waters. One of the staff members offered to put ice into our Hydroflasks and pour more water into them so that we had enough. I didn’t catch her name but she had very vibrant and bright pink hair (which was very cool and fit her perfectly!) We literally talked about how nice a gesture that was for the entire day. Thank you for making our day and keeping us hydrated!!! <3
